Hi Derek, I always watch your videos, all very interesting. I am now repairing a Badische three ball and I have fitted the hairspring as the book says but the clock is still running too fast. It is probably that the book is not very clear on those anniversary clocks from the 1900's ? I have adjusted it but it is still overtaking. Is it caused by a thick hairspring even though the book says so? Should I look for a thinner hairspring? What would be the cause of the advance and how can I solve it ?
