for the gps to work, do not use quick capture (when you hit the record button when the camera is off). Instead have the camera on for around 5 mins for it to gather some data then hit record. give it a try.

So much simpler if you just pre load the shifter roll off the throttle and back on as fast as you can and the bike just goes into gear
