Thanks for this video demo. I was able to figure out why the pump kept making that noise. Saved me some time and hassle.

Pretty disappointing to have my SD1200H leaking out the shaft seal weep hole after barely 3 years of pumping less than 1,300 gallons total of #2 diesel. I've got a FR1200C that's got to be close to 20 years old, pumping E10 gasoline that entire time (THOUSANDS of gallons!), that I haven't had apart once! Still works great. Guess I should've stuck with the red one.

I have been installing Fill- Rite pumps for almost 30 years ,in Ontario Canada. We are required to use explosion proof tech cable electrical fittings when wiring . The area provided on the FR701 pumps is getting smaller and the fittings are getting larger. constantly causing a interruption in customer service while locating a smaller fitting or a less safer connection. The FR311 pumps come with a extra junction box making the connection much safer.

I know it’s a tiny little hose but does this also act as a bypass when the nozzle is closed? Also if I wanted to install this exact same pump with a 50 foot 3/4 inch hose reel I bought on amazon will it work?? I don’t really care about keeping the fast 20 GPM as long as it fills my tractors faster than the 5 gallon cans I use.
