cant even see what you are doing. Ive taken out that piece with the ball in. There is nothing in there blocking and there is still water sat there in the base not draining away.

Useless video. Basically tells about one type of issue, that the ball Behring can be stuck. Seriously nothing else.

Thanks heaps for this video. I found a piece of broken clear plastic stuck in the drain impeller. No idea how it got in past the ball valve and the filter. It was bigger than the orifice containing the ball bearing. Makes me wonder if it's always been in there. The drain message has been an intermittent fault for a long time.

Great but can’t see close enough
So I tried that and it still say it’s needs to drain and the the glowing red icon say drain and PC. What is the pc mean? Please help my Dishwasher still says it need to be drain but I don’t know what to do.

Thank you! Do you have guidelines for the F18 error message?
The F18 error code is listed as “Flow Meter Stationary”. This could be caused by: 1. Tap is turned off or flow of water is restricted. 2. Waterproof system failure. 3. Flow meter module failure. 4. Control unit failure. It will need a technician visit to identify the issue and resolve depending on the diagnosis.

If it is not in a blockage within the non-return value then it could be where the sink spighott is or inbetween.
The two bottles for vlean and dirty water are too tiny, so you have to go many times to load and reload. So stupid and disturbing. It does NOT clean the clincs at floor. Too expensive for what it gives.
