15:41 oh look some Vibe Bumpers, This was MTV Japan's shortly lived replacement from 1999 to 2000. long story short in 1998 Music Channel Inc. and Viacom's contract was canceled at one point and Viacom relauched the channel as Vibe on New Years 2001 in Japan MTV relaunched... so yeah... that happened.
