We all got to do better in the game out here....DOT must love u all day long
Why using a trih axle trailer if its non cdl. That is way too serious with a dually truck bro. ...3 axle, u for sure got that trailer debated
How do you find loads
Can you please show drop offs too..thanks for videos
What up Ty? I'm from Camden, NJ and I was wondering if it was possible or even worth doing this just local?? I have a family and don't wanna be over the road for days at a time. Thank you for posting these videos, I appreciate your time and effort.
I do understand you wouldn't be doing it if it wasn't worth it. I guess I'm trying to say, can you make a living just doing this locally??
My Friend you need at least 3 Straps per car. DOT rules
Im from philly mines was 6500 down 2100/mo 😢
Good job man, I just got my truck and my LLC but I'm trying to get into the game. My biggest problem is money rn.
How fast where you able to book loads once you got all your credentials? Bc I heard it's difficult, you don't have any revenue for these brokers to go off of.
... Who can tell what load board car hauler carriers are using in Canada? Who knows, please advise .... Thanks a lot in advance .... !!!!
How did you get registered to haul cars for copart
GO TALK TO FRONT OFFICE AT ANY COPART
Bro. The audio is muffled. The motor is louder than the message 😂. No shade. I appreciate your message. But I can’t hear you
what's your contact info?
I had a good agent The way mine was set up I only had to put down $700, $1600 first month and then $1500 a month after that
Are you still transporting cars?
Have you ever scaled you loaded? (Cat scale)
This
@carlitoneici4552 sorry! I ment your loads?
Honestly, don't get involved in this if you won't put up with the disappointment that is this business, you will spend more money on buying trucks, trailers, insurance, dot, MC, look for a broker or page for the loads, so they will pay you cheap or take the cheap loads better. Don't even get involved, but if you want to spend a lot of money thinking that you will make a lot of money, come? 🤣😂
Than get out of here!! None of your business
@@irmagarcia8266 Oh, ma'am, are you going to give him something? Have you already taken your medicine? Are you already very old? people don't like to hear the truth and I tell you the truth if you don't like it don't read my comment old lady
Damn that older srt8 next to yours looks so dope
Hey man what loadboard are you using to find these car hauls? Im wanting to get out of Trucking and pick up a dually and car trailer and do this instead.
Central dispatch
@@edwinr544 what people are using in Canada to haul cars Canada Wide not crossing a board to US ?
Just found your content…keep going. I love ya take . I’m in south Jersey. You gave me things to think about …💪🏽

starting out the right way. good on you for doing it the right way and not giving us hotshot drivers a bad name by running with no insurance. good luck to you
To stay local and run the numbers you have been able to turn is not doable in most markets. Port cities are the best for local hauling.
U got a deal on the insurance I paid $5200 down $2500/month and still had to wait 3 months before I could even get approved with fmcsa if u ain’t sitting on racks or racks coming in it can b shaky
😒 *promo sm*
Do you think you can net 3k a week locally if you grind out in your area ? I’m in bmore near the port . I’m thinking about getting in .
Do you need your CDLs to be a car hauler?
no, as long as you stay under 26,000 pounds, that includes truck, trailer and cargo combined.
@@timphillipsoutdoors924 thanks
youre welcome@@healthyman101
As long as you ain’t in Cali because in Cali it’s as long as your combined weight is 10 k you need class A. I believe
AS LONG AS YOU STAY UNDER 26,100 LBS AND YOUR TRAILER IS UNDER 10,000 LBS. AND IF YOUR TRUCK HAS A PICK UP BED. IF IT HAS NO BED YES YOU NEED A CDL
So you wasn’t over weight?
They make it so expensive to start a business because they want you to be a worker bee slave Not an entrepreneur
If you don’t mind me asking…how did you get in with Copart? I’ve sent several applications and still no reply. I’m on the driver app because I’ve picked up Uship loads at Copart before, but can’t seem to get anyone to get back to me regarding moving Copart loads.
Go into a branch i haul now they cheap tho but steady work for me
@@toolondeckent1what do you mean a branch ? Sorry I’m new to it
@@vorps155 go into a copart near your house and they can set you up to haul for them
@@toolondeckent1 What's cheap? $100 a vehicle?
Where are you located. Only asking because the one near me will only accept tow trucks to haul strictly for them. Any car haulers with a trailer have to go through central dispatch @toolondeckent1
Gross or net
Thanks for the video bro, much success to you💪🏽 What load board so you get loads from??? Thanks in advance
Right on. Thinkin bout gettin into it. But i want to do a older f550 7.3 budget build for starters.
Thanks for this vid bro, been wanting to get in this business for several years and finally feel comfortable to take the risk and start my first business. I really appreciate your transparency in this video, I was wondering if I could come ride along with you and get some experience. Not asking for the secret sauce like where you get your loads and things, just need a mentor. Everyone Ive reached out to has been on some gatekeeping BS and im just a regular dude from Philly tryna figure the game out. I understand its a oversaturated business in these times and rates suck but lets help each other out. I have a note with everything on it for the business and would love to chat with you over it.
keep grinding brotha!!! I have to delay my hotshotting for a few months to save up for insurance. $1M coverage aint no joke to pay for.
Thanks for the video. How much do you pay for insurance? thx
non cdl?
How many ft is your trailer ????
Do a video on your set up & why you chose that set up. I like your trailer & I hate the 3 car wedge.
Do you have bol like in freight hauling that you have to get signed when dropping off or how does that work
Yes
You didn't hear that guy ask for the BOL 😆. Gotta pay attention.
Don’t forget to set aside those self-employment taxes aside off the top.
peace and safe travels. 😎
Do you think two car tralier is good for local or three.
I run a two car hauler but the more cars you can haul the more money you can make
I’ve been in car hauling now for about five months but I’ve been in the transportation industry for about 22 years. I love car hauling and I think I’m the only hauler in the Southeast with a two car trailer being pulled by a Toyota tundra. It’s funny how new people watch how I load my trailer because it’s all about balancing the tongue weight on the trailer. Good luck
Hello. @tonynimmons111. Can i see your tundra with trailer!?
Is it bumper pull!?
Who do you use for your loads?
Yeah do it for cheap and continue to fuck up the industry. That’s the stupidest shit I’ve heard! These are the type of driver that don’t make it
Appreciate the information bro!🙏🏽💯 Keep doing thing💯🙏🏽💪🏽
I don’t like dropping off there It’s right off the highway no parking line crazy u turns 😂😂😂
What app do you use or how do get the loads to go pick up cars im from texas i been wanting to start doing car hauling
Not sure but it seems like taxes would be a good state .
And once you in don’t be cheap
lol 😂
@GalaxyShotShotno you shouldn’t do it for cheap that’s why the market is messed up now
You can search in central dispach and many more,,,,, you open your company, you pay insurance and that's it, you are already visible to the "dot" on the street so that they can give you your "tickets" they are not cheap at all and besides the insurance is not cheap And finally, the brokers or dispatchers are used to paying cheap because there are carriers who make the load cheap so as not to go empty......1000 in one day I believe you but how many days did he spend bringing those cars and delivering. ....be careful with that, don't go with the feint that they plow it every day but come see what this business is like 🤣
Great video. Thank you.😊
Cool video. If you don't mind how much money is profited after all expenses (truck payment, trailer payment, fuel, ect )?
Nothing 🥴
Everyone numbers is different so don’t expect the same
Non CDL
Yes under 25.5
@GalaxyShotShot I been with this set up for 3 years no problem it’s about weight not axles. Just the more axles the more weight your starting with
Well for me I’m good. Dot approved never in my life heard of what you are talking bout. Got inspection 2 times this year and passed both Only time u need a cdl is if u have axles that 4 wheels can go on one so in that case it would be 2 axles but 8 wheels. Laws charges from 23 years ago
@GalaxyShotShot I’m in New Jersey
@GalaxyShotShot New Jersey it the same law everywhere I have drives with non cdl that go state to state with a 3 axle top deck trailer 3 car hauler
