Baldur's Gate 3: Solo Jack of All Trades (Part 4)
nice mic, sounds different. But geez lol u cooking is the reason of the egg shortage xD
If you wanna make a few omelets, you gotta... drop dozens of cans of sardines on the floor? Apparently.
ironically there is an egg shortage lmao xD so based on a true story lmao
sooo... anyone see the chest today?
This video again... Sounded good on paper. In reality it's a waste of time. Why? Because A) Will be MANY there and B) If it is there on Classic fresh it will be taken out just like it was last time. Did this trick the first time for days, logging in on many different times, never saw a single chest. Then heard it was taken out.
more more more! xD love it good job with the voice over
Just tested on a classic era server,.. no chest. I even corpse ran to every tower, no chest in any of them.. There was on SoD but not regular classic era.
That's too bad. Is it possible someone got there before you, and it was respawning? The first video was filmed before SoD even launched, I know for a fact this worked in era as of this time last year.
Can you expand on this for hardcore? I wonder if a undead rogue could get there without dying thanks to stealth
I would not recommend this for hardcore at all, but it is *theoretically* possible. You will be insta-killed by anything that spots you through stealth, and must pass very close by some mobs to reach the tower, especially passing through the Bulwark from the UD starting zone to the EPL. Those bears and spiders will absolutely detect and kill you. I have not tried stealthing and reaching the spot deathless, TBH, but a lot of the mobs you pass by are in the 50s and will have good detection, because detection is actually a hidden skill that gets higher and higher with overall level. I would 1000% recommend testing the run out a few times on a non-hardcore server before attempting it for real. If it works, please let me know, I am now curious too.
@ thanks for that insight! Great idea, I’ll give it a couple shots on non hardcore. The goal will be to get the lowest level stealther out there without dying. You’re right though, the animals (especially the spider) will likely find you.
@nunya1337 higher level stealth detection is probably B R U T A L lmfao but yeah, I am also very curious what it would take! ... at that point you are probably better off just playing the game normally, huh.
@ nah, it’s things like this that make WoW fun! I used to stealth run mechinar chests in original TBC and got my epic mount that way, I love a stealth challenge!
No way in hell lol..
i might give it a go
Will a bunch of people doing this make it impossible to do?
Possibly! There's only ever going to be one chest, on an unsure respawn timer. On PvE servers, if people are unflagged it will be a true first-come-first-served situation. On PvP servers, it may well turn into a bloodbath. Hard to tell, but it may be kind of fun.
BTW, going off of my footage length, it takes roughly 45 minutes to hike from the dwarf/gnome starting zone to the EPL using the fastest route I could find. Still slow, but not actually as bad as I thought it would be.
Holy homosexual
WHO'S PEELING ONION =(
Woops! Sorry this one is a bit late folks, I thought I had it scheduled to post earlier tonight. We're in the home stretch for ghostpia now, how are you all liking it?

omg the tension lol "shrieks in fan gurl"
Shorter one today friends, not a good stopping point for a while after where this episode ends.
Oh ok so they *are* all dead, and the they entered this reality the instant the missile detonated, moments after it impacted the ground; hence why the missile is still there. Also maybe the size of the town was determined by the blast radius of the missile since its (roughly) a circle, centering around the missile. Also also, 1024 is 2^10, so maybe theres some weight to that?
It's interesting, and similar to my guesses as to what is going on, but... 1) It seems like the town is an assembly of seemingly random people who aren't 'from' there (Sayoko and Pacifica have at least once said things in languages that Anya didn't understand). 2) Yoru managed to show up, an immesurable length of time after whatever started here started, which is noted as unusual but is still evidently possible. I'm definitely intrigued, but this is also the first half of the story, we may not get immediate answers to those questions for a while.
New characters! Also "omg, they were roommates???" xD
The endless string of failed assassins is pretty funny lmao
Thick Plottens!!!!!
I really do have *no* idea where it is going to go from here. This is definitely a VN that keeps you guessing.
Man let I subscribed to your channel!
Thank you kindly!

Its crazy that they got a full 3 mins of yapping done in 30 seconds. Truely the yappers of all time
WAIT I JUST REALISED THAT IN THE OUTRO SAYOKO (i think) HAS 3 FINGERS AND A THUMB
Anime logic is so POWERFUL
ohhhh so dark xD
Pretty messed up!
Your voice is divine
18:01 the rise in music, static, etc was very well done.
Ahhh the intro animation to this part was so pretty, and strange! It's hard to figure out where this game is going to go, why it's framed the way it is (art, colors, literal ghost town). Felt like an anime opening, honestly. 4:26 very relatable description of social anxiety, Sayoko. 5:40 I was expecting something bad but.. but look at those bunny ears. T_T ANd then boom. It's frustrating to think that mental illness (presumably) is something that would still affect someone who is a ghost. I think this is a new concept for me, senile/mentally ill ghosts who are not ghosts stuck in a loop because they are dead, per say. Assault, stalking, etc - really strong themes that end in a major comedic way. Such a strange way to handle the dialogue/story!!! I don't dislike it, it's just interesting to see.
It feels like everything is such a deliberate decision, even if it is a bit strange. This is maybe the last aesthetic I would choose for an action story, but here we are, and it WORKS.
you're voice reminds me of when my dad read me bedtime stories. you made me cry!!! now I can't draw :(
I'm flattered! ... and sorry. But mostly flattered!
12:19 😎
Oh. I'll fix that. Ha ha ha ha.
Fun video, I love challenge runs like this
Conglomerationality! Seeing the characters meet/interact is so fun, lots of little detail.
It's so (charmingly) weird sometimes that I just have to stop and absorb what I just read for a second.
I really love the super vibrant colors of the city and the chromatic aberration tones, this novel looks really lovely. 14:13 the art here especially feels very nostalgic, almost comforting even when the dialogue is quite sad.
The bright colors and simple, storybook designs of the characters and setting mesh really well with the somewhat numb and dreamlike flow of the story and the way the narrator thinks and behaves. It works much better than a more traditional anime aesthetic (at least so far) I think.
Just run 4 copies of Grazer, Go for the Throat, Growth Spiral, Summit, Ablaze, Ram, Spelunking, Colossus and 2 Circuitous Routes
No Gatebreaker Ram is a sin
Colossus is eventually just free and grinds much better, we're looking to draw the game out and Ram was a bit too midrangey for my experience. There's obviously a home for it in similar decks, but they're built differently to different ends. Though to be fair I prefer the Beanstalk version over this build anyways.
