📍Reusability: Tethered flight test completed and a step forward! 🏃🆙 Our team achieved the primary objective of this test by verifying the performance of the attitude & position control systems at low altitude using the reusable launch vehicle (RLV) demonstrator powered by a hybrid rocket engine at the Gumsan Hot-fire test facility in South Korea.
Test results of our RLV demonstrator:
✔️ Reached the targeted altitude of 3.5m
✔️ Altitude control errors within 0.1m
✔️ Maximum speed of 1.5m/s
✔️ Attitude control errors in pitch and yaw within 0.6 degree

    You guys are up to 30kN with a hybrid motor? Wow, Rocket Lab's Rutherford engine -- used in the Electron -- is only up to 25kN.
