I got one that’s making dark fuel. Could that also be the cup or orings. Had a shop do cups with head on but that didn’t resolve it either. Had one I overhauled and it resolved the same issue
@@killnconquer2645 you probably need to reseal the injectors make damn sure you’re not getting fuel in the oil most likely you have. I read your comment on the other video and found this one that you made to help me and possibly others with same issue. I appreciate your effort to help. I will try the high pressure switch on AC. But I don't remember if I said it in your comments under other video, but I tried to turn AC completely off and fan was still running. My fan clutch is completely electric and there is no air line going to it at all. Only wire harness with at least 5 wires in it. I don't even know how to test it, if my signal makes fan work all the time or its the clutch it self is stuck. I think its the clutch tho. I've been driving allot on dusty yards lately, and there is allot of dust all over my truck including on a fan and clutch. That was the last nail in the coffin of this clutch. I doubt its AC but I will try. I recently serviced my AC and it works well. And I didn't notice much change in fan behavior after servicing the AC. Did it my self and charged it with correct amount of freon. The clutch was in the prosses to stay ON more and more often, and over long period of time it became permanently on. Even when I disconnect that 5 wire harness that goes to the clutch the fan stays ON. Also this issue started after my engine radiator was changed fan started to go on while water was 170 or less. Maybe that has something to do with it. Perhaps fan was pushed around and something broke inside the clutch that started locking it and killing it from inside more and more. Fan stays on while clutch wiring is disconnected supports my theory. Unless powering it up suppose to disengage it. The truck is 2016 Volvo VNL 780 with D13 Volvo engine. And by my vin dealer told me the clutch for my truck cost 1500 something. I hope to take mine off and try to refurbish it. If will be successful maybe will make a video about it to help others. If will not be possible to fix it, than I'm thinking about retrofitting my truck with some simpler cheaper air clutch or even electric fan. Already have couple of air solenoids that I didn't use from train horns. Can use one of those plus electrical relay and use the signal from that harness. Thanks for Your help again.
@@vityok3000 the longest comment I ever received thank you sorry I don’t have much experience electric fan hub. I know there’s a modular that responsible for it. You actually can do a diagnostic by plugging that computer to the truck. You might wanna go visit a dealer.
I'm been trying to remove it all day yesterday but don't have a vise to prevent movement. I will not tighten it down to much to prevent it from cracking. Now I got to find a shop that will let me use their vice.
How do I know that my fan clutch is bad, what are the symptoms? My fan stays on all the time now. First it started to go on for no reason. And stay on for long times. Than it became more and more often. Now it just stays on. And maybe would turn off once or twice a day for 15 minutes or so. Is that a clutch problem or something else? Please help. Thank You

Hi Arsen, I see that you had a 2011 fedex mercedes sprinter 2500. I have ran into snag and I can't figure out something that I'm hoping you muggy be able to help with. I saw so many videos showing the 101 1 sprinter has a auxiliary battery under the passenger side seat. But the fedex vans don't have full seats. They have jump seats like the one in your videos. And Under the drivers seat, there is no aux battery. So where did they put that battery in the fedex vans? Lol. Where was it relocated to? Or does it not exist?

Cutting the wrench to improve maneuverability in order to access the tight section of the sensor's bolt is a good idea... Thanks for sharing.

😂😂 the blue 💙 bushing is garbage 🗑 I put in me engine mount work 3 months
I know this is 3 year old video. Invest in a “concrete vibrator” if you’re gonna haul DDG. Start from the bottom to get it started then move to the top. Game changer
German 2008-2016 ish engines petrol or diesel will need a carbon clean every 50k miles, now matter how you look after it. It'll be ready for bushings & engine mounts throughout because of the age, and watch out for dust covers on those rear shocks. Cheaper to repair these than replace the shocks! Also consider Waxoil or some other underbody coating, will reduce future expensive rust buggery
Thanks for video it helped me

I was wondering if you could help me out here, I have a 2008 ML350, while taking out the radiator, I mistakenly pulled the AC line from the Radiator side, Freon vented out in the garage and it was not a comfortable moment. I have since not driven my car or even turned the key, it stayed in the garage but did not cover the pulled line but it stayed in the engine bay. The Compressor hoses are still connected.
