This sewing machine is nothing but a plastic piece of junk made in China. If you expect this product to be Japanese, you'll be disappointed - check the label at the back of the machine, which says: MADE IN CHINA. It doesn't even have such a basic features as the manual foot pressure regulation!!! Also, you cannot use twin needle sewing because this horrible machine doesn't have any socket for the second spool pin. The worst thing is that this machine is made of PLASTIC, PLASTIC, PLASTIC. Even the bobbin winder shaft, which is made of metal even in the cheapest machines, is PLASTIC here in this Chinese piece of junk. I really wonder if there is any metal part in the mechanic system of this overpriced product - except perhaps for some weight unit that makes it seem robust. I'd never bought it if I'd known this.

Do you know if it's possible to add new embroidery to the machine?

I bought the same machine 3 months ago. Yesterday I wanted to sew something and the machine won't work. I only used it twice. I checked . if the lid is closed, I checked if the cables are connected correctly to the electricity. Everything is fine, but it doesn't want to work. It sounds like a hum, but nothing happens, it just doesn't sew. I can't even move the side wheel by hand. I was very disappointed with this machine.

Can this quilt be made smaller?

Where is your shop located?

I decided to buy a Pfaff machine because I have an ordinary sewing machine from the same manufacturer at home and I have been using it since 2001, it works beautifully. I bought the machine in Slovenia. I was also convinced by the positive comments from other customers. I have to admit that the machine disappointed me. The lower screws on the suction cups to stabilize the machine on the base are not well screwed so that they scratched my table, the suction cups do not stick to the base at all. The removable sleeve cover is very difficult to open. Threading is difficult, despite the fact that the guides are nicely marked, I see the problem mainly in the lack of space. The light is very poor. The plastic tweezers broke the first time they were used. I got the machine different packaging. I didn't get the CD. The tweezers included are plastic. It's nice to see how the suction cups grab the base, on my machine it doesn't grip the base at all and the machine moves around the table.
