Hi, this is legal in Sweden and EU it goes like class 2 moped. if it goes 25km/h that the settings from factory, that how the law say that you can run faster then ebikes. But if you turn of the bike downhill and get it to 45km/h its legal. This is from transportstyrelsen. Moped Class II A Moped Class II is a motor vehicle with two, three, or four wheels, designed for a maximum speed of 25 km/h and an engine power not exceeding 1 kilowatt. The definition of a Moped Class II depends on its speed and engine power. If it exceeds 25 km/h or has an engine power greater than 1 kW, it is considered a Moped Class I. For a more detailed description of Moped Class I and II, refer to the law (2001:559) on road traffic definitions on the Swedish Parliament's website. A Moped Class II does not need to be registered and therefore does not have a registration plate. The moped is either type-approved according to EU regulations or has been approved in a moped inspection. A type-approved moped has a plate and a certificate (CoC document) indicating valid approval. A moped approved in a moped inspection will have a unique designation for the vehicle. As of January 1, 2016, a new type of Moped Class II is allowed. It must have pedals and an auxiliary motor with a maximum power of 1,000 watts. The motor can only provide assistance up to 25 km/h. A bicycle helmet is sufficient for this type of moped. This type of moped is not a bicycle even though it may resemble one - read more on the page Bicycle with electric assistance or moped. A moped approved according to older Swedish regulations (type certificate before June 17, 2003) also belongs to Moped Class II (so-called 30-moped). Traffic Rules The traffic rules for Moped Class II are the same as for bicycles. Therefore, you should ride your two-wheeled Moped Class II on the bicycle path unless there is an additional sign under the bicycle path sign stating "no moped." Three-wheeled Mopeds Class II may be ridden on a bicycle path with light traffic and sufficient width if special caution is observed. To ride a Moped Class II, you must be at least 15 years old and have a moped driver's certificate (if you turned 15 before October 1, 2009, you do not need a driver's certificate). Battery last about 100km in padle assist mode is tested in like max 25km/h and straight good roads. If its mutch upphill battery last meby 60-70km in that speed. You faster you go faster battery drains out. Max speed is 45km/h in paddle assist mode if you go on electric its like 40km/h. These are locked at 25km/h in EU but you can look it up through display. You press + and - button(meny) you press power button to skip to P008 thats the speed and it says 100 you put P045 that is 45km/h. I think its a great bike use it daily and im seeling these to and have good contact with factory who made them🚲

Personalmente, me encanta el YX90, he conducido todo el año en el duro clima sueco, desde ventiscas hasta lluvias torrenciales durante todo el año, primavera, verano, otoño. invierno. Hi, Randride they are locked at 25km/h from factory so they count class 2 you most have trafic insurance , VAYA BUDDY 1 im drive last video have a CoC certificate but i have lost certificate some where ,dont need it (its Count electric bike and you dont need trafic insurance,it goes on your home insurance,it applies when electric bikes are over 250W up to 1000W, they count as class 2 but max speed assist most be 25km/h. And you must have traffic insurance. They write like this as an example on a popular insurance company that calls, if Insurance. A motorized bicycle may look like an electric bicycle but has a higher engine power. It counts as moped class II and is insured as an unregistered moped. Motor power greater than 250 watts, but not greater than 1,000 watts. It doesn't have to be electric, but usually is. It must have steps. The engine provides power up to 25 km/h. For motorized electric bicycles, the same laws and regulations apply as for an unregistered moped. This means that the driver must wear a helmet, be at least 15 years old, have a driver's license or driver's license for moped class II and that the vehicle has traffic insurance. An electric bicycle with a motor power of no more than 250 watts and which does not go faster than 25 km/h is automatically included in the home insurance. If the e-bike is stolen or damaged by vandalism or in a traffic accident, you will receive compensation of up to SEK 35,000. Hej, vi säljer den här modellen det är samma tillverkare som tillverkar Accolmile och Friend cyklarna har kontakt med dom bla så man vet det är bra, riktigt stark är dom för att vara en 250W det skiljer inte mycket mellan Friend cykeln som har 750W. Det är i princip en Friend cykel mycket som är samma display,bromsar,växlar mm. Det som skiljer är att den sistnämda har full stötdämpning men med 20x4.0 däcken gör att den fjädrar och den har fjädring i sadel med så då märker man inte så mycket av det. En prisvärd elcykel som är behändig . Kört vårkampanj på den och den här modellen kan man ändra i display för att aktivera gashandtag då går de kring 32-35km/h. Den är okomplicerad den gör sitt jobb vart så imponerad att den kommer vi ha som en av uthyrningsmodellerna på Time en Bensinmack i Höga Kusten i sommar.

​@@user-bl4ui2wc3o Hej, YX90 är med vanliga ekrar och YX90M är med alufälgar så har de hetat de senaste 3 åren det är fabriksbeteckning. Ha kontakt dagligen med tillverkarna denna modell så det är deras beteckning av den. Deras lager är i Polen. De här verka ha lagret i Kina och några stycken cyklar i Canada. Försöker hitta fabriks information om den sidan ,ska visa sale manager på fabriken fråga om den är legit. Ser att de har 20Ah batterier men de går inte tillverka än vad jag vet i så slimmat format. 17Ah med Samsung celler de kan man special beställa, de tillverkas i fabrik och efter beställning har de batterierna 2 veckors tillverkningstid.

Hi, this how you do the speed setings on the YX90. Press the power button to start the display. Press the + and - button at the same time. You go forward on the power button to P08 that is the speed. You set the speed you want on the bike with press + or - button. Press + and - to save. How to set speed on RANDRIDE YX90,YS90,YG90🚲
