I've encountered situations in the past with connectivity issues, software lagging or stalling or glitches and occasionally not even being able to sign in. But all issues quickly remedied by simply clearing the cache, this is my go-to solution if I run into an issue. I will stop disconnect and clear the cache before attempting to even go get a different tool. 9 times out of 10 problem solved in under a minute and I'm back to reconnecting and doing full body scan. Excellent information to pass along to anybody that could be unaware of such a simple fix . Keep up the good work thing Thinkcar!

If I'm not mistaken looks like this has the topographical for the CAN BUS Network. I'm debating on purchasing the Thinktool Pros. Almost bit the bullet and purchased one with the last 15% discount I had. Would be neat if you had a testing or demo program, where you can pay a certain fee for rental and security deposit and possibly demo the tool for an amount of time then return it. Not sure if I want to go with the S8/ S10 or think ToolPros. I truly want to eliminate the cabinet full of different diagnostic tools scanners, bi-directional control, testers. Relay boxes decade boxes homemade boxes I've made for testing like 4L60E Transmissions allowing me the ability to control solenoids without piercing wiring or disassembling anything. I would like to eliminate that cabinet full of stuff and replace it with one Thinktool that I can do the majority of work from eliminating a lot of expense and subscription so on and so forth making me more efficient being able to get more cars in and out during the day and saving the customer money while providing top quality work. And thankfully Thinkcar I feel is right around the corner with this technology. Thank you Thinkcar. And to the upcoming ladies and gentlemen in automotive industry learn the systems and Repair instead of replacing or throwing Parts at it. Repetitiveness can be your friend love you Thinkcar keep up the good work!
