Dear Saigon: Nestled away right in the neighbourhood of the University of Toronto, this is what the students retire to after they’ve zapped their minds. The bustling ambiance with students slurping away at delectable pho and other Vietnamese delicacies. The highlight has to be the beef pho with a little bit of everything, extra brisket if you can get it. The spring rolls are also fresh with it’s delectable crunch of fresh vegetables and vermicelli. I meal that consists of these two can be achieved for about $25 CAD which is sure to make you happy on the cool nights of the 6ix.
