My fifth meet of the season was the CRegion 9 Championships. I competed against gymnasts from Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, & Wyoming. This was probably the best meet of my life so far. Thank you for your support! Keep an eye out for my next meet, which is the Western National Championships!

My third meet of the season was the Valeri Liukin Invitational. Also known as the WOGA meet. The stadium we competed in was HUGE!!! And there were a lot of really good teams there. Second meet of the 2022 season. This meet was held at our home gym. I did pretty great on some events and not so great on some. I am growing so much as a gymnast and can't wait to show you everything all put together. Thank you for watching and supporting me in my gymnastics.

This is the first meet of the season for me... I broke my hand back in September so I had to miss Judges Cup in November. I hit almost all of the events and had by best total meet ever so far in my gymnastics career. I am super happy with my progress and can't wait to see what the rest of the season looks like.

Great Northern 2020 - Micah Cox - Level 7

Unfortunately, this meet ended up being the last of the season. It was my best meet of the season. I do wish we could have had State & Region Championships, but I have been working very hard and improving a lot over the summer. I will be a second year Level 7 next year and I am certain you will be amazed by how much I have improved. See you in 2021.

I am gymnastics and dancer
Great job, I’m a very hard judge so seeing those scores was crazy high to me but I can see very good routines in the future!
It says mens gymnastics and there's children doing gymnastics. There's a huge big difference between children childhood than adults adulthood. Now I'm sure that at Birth we're born as a Baby and then it's Childhood that comes well long before we even reach our Adult Life's at age 18. That's young adults. So if there's Men then we're is the Boys who are Children with childhood. Again it says Mens Gymnastics. So where is the Men.
The sport in general is called Men's Artistic Gymnastics no matter the age of the competitor. Similarly, Women's Artistic Gymnastics is also girls and women of all ages. Also, using terms like boys and girls and children flags things in RUclips to only show videos to certain demographics...

Ya, or at least the start values I plan on doing, sometimes modify routines as needed
I’m going to be a level 8 men’s next year in level 8 do u only go to Westerns or do u go to Westerns,and Nationals
Only the Junior Elites can qualify to Nationals, so that is doing Optionals and Tech Sequences at Regions and hitting a qualifying combined score. Then after the JE's, each region sends a certain many to Easterns/Westerns depending on the part of the country.
