Missing out on big buck hunter it's one of the few my wife loves😊
I can only get 4 hours out of the speakers how can i get the full 8
Not sure. They say 8. I’m guessing that depends on volume etc. I’ve only used them for 6 max at one time and still had battery left. The loudest I’ve had them is. About 50% if the volume knob
How loud is it? 2. How beautiful is it at night? 3. Is there an arcade that is the loudest?
Why?
they are smoking some crazy crack changing their name from pioneer to whatever this is
I was almost overwhelmed at all the games and props to them for sheer volume...quite a few were not working but i understand there are so many. Overall very cool place!
My front panel did the same thing. The laminate on the front panel gets pinched and peels up. A razor cut that right off and fixed the issue.
I've been able to link 2 speakers together via bluetooth but its very haphazard as there are no instructions really. There must be some sort of sequence to do it that they have not put in the owners manual which really inexcusable for this product...
Thanks for the video. Good to see it has a decent spinner this time. The original Tempest 1Up cab had a "Knob" not a spinner. Requires force to get it turn. That cab also has problems with sound being out of sync; you can see the shot being fired before hearing the sound. BTW, not sure what you were thinking by adding the wall of noise during setup, especially for so long. I had to mute it after about 20 seconds.
Great Video! Thanks SO much!!
This was fun to watch. Personally, I have a hard time getting the side #2 lined up and bolted into all the small 4" support pieces.
Just got this. About to check out your video to see if I need to pay for an assembly. I subscribed. Hope you get to 1K
Thanks. They aren’t that complex to assemble. If you’ve never done it just take your time. And you can use a hand screwdriver too. If you can assemble IKEA stuff you should be fine imo
You think so?? You made it look so easy. I’m a 5 ft woman and thought maybe I should’ve bc the box was so big. I do have a screwdriver! I saw you had a drill. But I think I will try! Thank you
@@chasemn5324 the hardest part I think is lining up that second side. No matter how many of them I put together and it’s been about 10. I still get frustrated lining that second side up
Ok I’ll take my time & I hope I can do it lol I love ghost & goblins! That was my game back in the day
I did it! Took me 3 hours & 47 mins 😲…. BUT I did it!! 🥳🧐! Thank you for encouraging me!
Here’s the set up I got from Pioneer regions Link. Worked great, sounded great at my last wedding (dinner background music and toasts. Set them up at home with a different mixer and was getting some cut outs. Emailed Pioneer again about that. I also bought an xlr to rca cable so I could EQ but that didn’t work. Pioneer, please tell us how to use this product in detail connection - [ ] Consider the order of speakers to be A,B - [ ] Take the transmitter from speaker B and connect it to the master output of your DJ set up - [ ] Power on the master transmitter by pressing and holding the button until the LEDs illuminate - [ ] And hold the button button on that transmitter until the LED double blinks - [ ] Power on speaker A - [ ] Press and hold the SL button on speaker a until it blinks - [ ] When the rSL button changes to solid, it is paired - [ ] Press and hold the speaker+ Button on speaker A until it blinks - [ ] Power on speaker B - [ ] Press and hold the SL button on speaker B until it blinks - [ ] With the SL button changes to solid, it is paired - [ ] If you ever add more speakers, you would take the transmitter from the last speaker in the chain and make it the transmitter, continuing the pairing process down the line as instructed above
how long to build ? good job
Probably about 45 minutes. I’ve done a bunch but this one being this shape and size was new to me so took me a little longer since I was unfamiliar with where it was supposed to line up and go
If this was the first arcade1up the. It would be longer for sure I think
@SonicGT73 some1 wants one built said its 2 hours work ...how many hours would you say it takes? Thanks
@@powerhouse2854 if you have never built one of them before I might take 2 hours. That is think would include all the unboxing and all as it’s boxed pretty good and that alone can take some time
I was there last summer. Amazing place.
Great video! 👏🏼 So i also thought these couldn’t be daisy chained if not using Sonic Link, but surprisingly was able to link 2 together with my phone paired via Bluetooth, which was a wonderful surprise. The way i did it was: phone > (via bluetooth) > to speaker #1, then speaker #1 > (via “Wireless Link”) > to speaker #2. Pretty cool, even without using their new Sonic Link technology. I just came back from a band rehearsal trying to use these for my piano/keyboard, and the 40ms latency is a bit more noticeable for me as a musician, especially for faster tempo songs (120bpm+). But i really want to love these speakers so bad, but I’m now on the fence about keeping them. I’m a little unsure based on their price point, vs. just using my trusty Roland KC-500 keyboard amp. We’ll see… 🤷♂️ Anyway, great video again and just wanted to share.
For low latency daisy chaining, I would think the two ways would only be with the sonic link or using a physical cable. I plan on buying 1 or 2 of these speakers. If you're looking to sell, let me know!
Can you do video of you doing a real gig??? See how it does in a real outdoors party with real people! 💪🏽
My normal gigs I don’t need to bring speakers. But my next one that I do need to bring them is next month in May. So that will be the first real test. Not sure if I’ll be able to do video but I can at a minimum update the description with my thoughts after that gig. Also this next one will be 90s alternative. I do have one in June that I need them that will be more dance music focused so testing the bass. But I still might bring my sub for that one
i got the Trackball also got the spinner the instructions show plugging the spinner into the 4pin inside the trackball but there is only one cable coming out of the trackball and no room for the cable attached to the spinner WTF?
I agree some cameras don't do justice for sound speakers but what about keeping the vol low so we can just get an idea of sound quality.
My camera mic is pretty bad it’s almost 10 years old now. There are some videos out there of people playing them compared to other speakers that I watched before buying but I didn’t know what the other speakers sounded like in person so didn’t really have a good feel for what they sounded like until I got them
Problem is they put the wrong gate under the joystick and so it’s not easy to play. I plug an old sega Saturn controller in and is way better.
Nice. Memories of playing Berzerk at the front of the Safeway I grew up near, while my mom shopped.
Better off just buying a real cab!
nice!
Oh this was 2years ago, this arcade is 400 and over and it won't go under.
Instead of those stupid raisers, why dont they just make them taller🤔 just retarded! It would look better and feel more like a real arcade cabinet.
This one is a lengthy build, but not as much as Tron, to me at least. Great video. Since some of TC build is counterintuitive compared to the other A1up, I used this to make sure I was doing it right.
Tron is one I can’t bring myself to get at full price but I really do want to pick it up if I ever see a deal
@@SonicGT73 if you ever do be sure to do the C-clamp mod on the flight yoke. It makes the thing a lot more sturdy and is very cheap to do. Fun fact: Tron is the only game from A1up that doesn’t have any of their logos, anywhere except the back panel with the warnings. When they licensed it from Disney that was a stipulation in the contract.
I wish this came with a bigger screen and tc2 and tc3
Yeah it would be cool to have those games vs some that do come on it. Screen is ok but bigger is always better when it comes to gun games
Purchased today....i need to get back to my 16 year old mind, this world is too much.
Oh no, Malort 🫠
Just ordered this cab, be here in a week and looking forward to it ….cab #9 for me :)
Good video! Just picked mine up for $499 and am assembling it today.
Just picked one of these up - generally a nice cabinet, though I don't understand why they are doing a horizontal display that doesn't match the native orientation of the marquee game in the cabinet... Early versions can have bad encoder boards and the marquee is pretty poorly printed, and a LOT of the trackballs seem to have at least 1-2 bad mini bearings on the encoder shaft. Replacements are 3mm ID x 6 mm OD and 2.5mm thick.
My son just got one for xmas, is the powerdrill the only tool needed?
I was hoping the assembly sequence would've been presented at normal speed, so I could see what was being done. Couldn't make out anything at high speed. Congrats on getting this table. Waiting for the Pong table to come in. A normal speed assembly sequence would've been very helpful, since I'm legally blind, and have a tough time seeing the manual. Thanks for the video.
Looks good man. I wish those guys made full size cabinets. Their attention to detail is crazy on those mini's. The quality of the Arcade1Ups is getting better as well.
It sure would have been nice if the camera would have shown how all the wires were connected on the back of the cabinet.
Very nice set up. I'm digging that Escape from NY poster, I have the dvd
I love anything John carpenter. So it’s one of my favs for sure
Kool game room... i always support your content and i look forward to you reaching 1k...
Imagine if Arcade1Up is still around in 15-20 years. None of its target audience would be able to build these anymore with bad knees/backs 😂
It’s already getting to me when i am on my floor lol
These vids are awesome. Too bad more 1 up owners don't do builds. I would but my video maker sucks so no high-speed LOL
When I had my turn tables and mixer, I had the 12-inch version and Running.
wife got me one for my birthday this year look forward to setting it up after xmas great vid
I received my Time Crisis arcade cabinet a couple of days ago 😎🤘 I have to make some floor space to put it together.

Steel gunner is amazing. What you talkin bout foo. Lol. 😁
Sorry I'm just now seeing this. Enjoyed the review. Did you ever mod the control panel, and marquee for this one? I still have my Tempest, and did mod it. Thanks for sharing this. :)
I did swap out the trackball later
@@SonicGT73 Very cool. :)
These are useful little machines for $299
lol its 750
Small display even smaller with the Sinden border. Ain't no Deluxe IMO.
Thanks for the review. I’m so nostalgically connected to this game but I’m riding the fence because of the price. Hopefully it drops a couple hundred.
Yeah I didn’t want to pay full price but with no tax and free shipping plus having a little extra cash on hand I decided to go for it as I still really want tron but couldn’t bring myself to pay full price in that one and now it’s difficult to find and still hasn’t seem to go down too much
@@SonicGT73house of the dead is out I seen videos on it nvm I checked and it’s a mod but hey first time I’m hearing of that game
Instead of buying this I bought a ps2 and a ps3 with guncon 1 and 2 and 3 and a CRT tv and now have 14 lightgun games in total to play. Probably cost me about half the price of this all up.
Cool I already have a those. I got this more for the overall arcade look and feel and to add it to my gameroom
@@SonicGT73 Nice man, I got the ridge racer arcade1up.
