If your wheel that tire fits over is anything like mine - it’s one solid piece of metal over a bearing. This is for a generic mobility scooter from China. That being said, the part that came from Amazon was identical 😂 soaking the tire for 5 minutes in running hot water works well, and a little soap goes long way. You kinda have to be quick (but don’t panic): 1. Heat tire inside and out 2. Quickly add a dab of soap and lube up both Inner rims of the tire. 3. Stuff the inner tube inside the tire completely. 4. Orient the tire so that the bent valve of the inner tube faces you. 5. Starting at on end of the inner rim set the tire against the lip of the wheel and press down along the sides working the tire down over the wheel. 6. While holding the the “in position” portion of the tire keep working the sides down until the first half of the tire is over the wheel. 7. Check that the inner tube is aligned with the wheel. You should be able to align the inner tube over the wheel mostly at this point. 8. Repeat the same joining process with the secondary rim on the tire to complete its assembly. 9. Check the fit to ensure the tire, inner tube, valve, and wheel are all properly aligned. 10. Inflate to the rated psi (or ksi 😅) and enjoy! You should in theory probably ensure that the tube has no leaks prior to installing it but that’s an extra step I just don’t care to perform. Also coming deflated from the factory is nice because you will likely never get it that flat again.

Of course. Soapy water. Why the heck didn't I think of that? Turned what had been an hour of struggle into a job done in 3 minutes! Didn't need to heat the tyre at all. Big thanks!
