At the CHOC Foundation, we are passionate about driving a dynamic culture of generosity through philanthropy. This passion lives through the individuals, families, foundations, and corporations who generously drive CHOC’s mission to nurture, advance and protect the health and well-being of children. Through your support, you join a community working to ensure leading-edge care is provided for all children, regardless of their family’s ability to pay. In joining the CHOC family as a volunteer, donor, associate or champion, you help give every patient the childhood they deserve.
