I remember when government in Court hearing offered in front of Judge Metha that they can give visas to DV2020 plaintiffs but in 2023 or 2024, but you as Lawyers who represented us said "No, our plaintiffs want it as soon as possible". Now we have 2024, Appeals made no sense, this will never have positive outcome... wasted time and money... Lawyers didn't consult this decision, at that time they were supposed to agree for visas in 2023/2024

Why is the embassy not clear enough to obtain documents even before application talk immigration and think it we need to to hide the fact the Immigration is part of governance, there is a quick thinking that USA citizen will need to teach the DV applicants to learn more of how they can pass through the process and practice tests before going in because we have more than enough immigration vacancies and adding on makes the process delay.
