I think Glenn asked really good questions today to try to get the real out of the guest. Employees are humans so they want the same things the executives want. Pay so that they dont need two or more jobs. And all jobs are skilled so each employee wants respect.

So Lisa is the guest, but Anthony does most of the talking. I wanted to hear the results of her work, not his boiler plate views. I won't point it out, but others would describe his behaviour as "mansplaining".

Nice interview overall. I'm not a fan of Trump- but what is happening to DJT in NYC is obscene. "Donald Trump was recently fined $450 million by the state of New York for the crime of taking out a loan and paying it back ." All of the lenders testified in favor of DJT. Every real estate investor in the country would be endangered based on what NYC did. Shark Tanks Kevin o Leary says the same. Being flippant doesn't help your brand. Again, overall nice interview.

Unfortunately 75% of the industry fails miserably here.

This is the most magical hotel in the world! The cleanest, the best hospitality - ever! The owners are so wonderful, and they are there, working, every single day. The "Motel" part of the Roxbury Experience is more laid back, but still so beautiful, and the steam & relaxation room are right there, as well as a hot tub room, and Roxbury village is in walking distance! I love the "Mansion" side, you live in artwork, it's inexplicable, but in either location you forget your troubles. Imo, it's impossible to be in a bad mood there. I hate to say it, but photos & videos don't do it justice!

These leaches talk talk talk talk…..and say nothing. Then it turns out, they are bragging about finding another “niche” to prey on consumers. “Partnering” , “Exclusivity”, and “YOU owning a Hotel”…yeah……I’ll continue to avoid “Awsomeness” and keep my hand on my wallet, and WILL NOT invest in screwing the newest victims.

This must get better across the board my friends. Most owners and management companies provide crap benefits. Thanks

I plan to go and stay there, being in hospitality for over 3 decades and opening a hotel at JFK years ago, it is a must see.

A great concept! I really like the idea of reusing older properties, and renewing them. I can see everything from older Hampton inns and holiday inn express properties, to nearly any interior corridor hotel or motel working for this. Plenty of opportunities.

I have been to these hotels in Tibet and Shangri and I can only recommend anybody doing this, it is a life changing experience indeed !!

I was excited about this brand until one of the properties near me is starting to take reservations for later in the year and the rates are over $160 a night more than most hotels in the area.

Um ive been WORKING FOR A OWNER CANT SAY THE NAME YET but i had a question what law protects a owner so they dont have to pay overtime forced to work off clock and if he thunks i worked too many hours well he just makes that disappear plz explain
