Wow great footage of an original music video of a terrific song, ahead of its time and quite sofisticated wtih a crane shot in the middle. Thanks for posting.

2:48 can we just bring back the long hair, black coat and turtleneck? He looks so gorgeous with that look. It gets me every time! I wish he had a cigarette during the interview and this scene. It would be SO much sexier, and we would all get to see him do AMAZING things, like blow smoke out of those lovely lips, making subtle and creamy and silky exhales, doing smoke ghosts, (if you know what i mean) and lots of other things. Our hearts would be melting down to the core. Absolutely GORGEOUS 😍😍😍 Let me know if you have the same opinion as me 🥰

1968 was one of the roughest years the United States experienced! You might've been untouched by the social and political strife going on when this song was recorded but, for a good chunk of the nation, 1968 wasn't a carefree time. Nonetheless, this was and remains great music.

It's quite a captivating! and dreamy! song. It sounds very nostalgic and yet there's a certain haunting sadness to it that i like, which brings me far away back in time. I was born in 1968. When i first heard about Spanky and her Gang, it was on the short wave radio, during my puberty in the 1980s. Obviously, i didn't really know how she looked like, but i thought that these people could've been my brothers and sisters. Today! i realise that these people could've been my parents. ❤
