chloe x halle are two amazing singing sisters, but i couldn't help but rememeber a couple of other great female duos that were great too...both zhane and the jazzyfatnastees were extremely talented vocalists that just didn't get as much attention as they deserved...
Honestly, and some people know this to be ABSOLUTELY true, The Jazzyfatnastees are responsible (in a major way) for the whole Philly Neo-Soul movement going worldwide. If not for them, there's no Black Lily. No Black Lily, no stage for a lot of those artists to shine. Including artists who weren't from Philly who came through like Badu, Arie and Floetry. Perhaps they still would've gotten on in other ways, but the Black Lily was what made it cohesive. Major shoutout to Tracy and Mercedes. Some dont know... but your effort and vision is appreciated by those who do
