@@JoshxIZ I have not tried salt fermentations yet. I have done vinegars and honey. I've also made tinctures... which isn't really a fermentations but more of an infusion with alcohol... Eventually I'd like to add a few more to my skill set.

The first leaf is the same as the second leaf you see. And, yes, it is Yarrow because I got this Yarrow plant from an herbalist mentor. There are both a native and cultivated yarrow which may have some differences in their leaf structures but they are both useful for what I described. Hope that helped. 😊

I can see how that is. It took me a long time to get into this deck and a lot of workings with this deck to get it to a place I enjoyed working with it. There are much easier and better decks out there, but this one I can understand can be a challenge. I still like the readings I get from it now though.

I've been lucky enough not to have run into this situation yet but that generally because I use dried herbs in my oils to infuse and do the cold method where I let the herbs and oils sit for 2-6 weeks to infuse. I have heard friends who use fresh herbs or semi fresh herbs run into the rot smell more often because the water from the fresh/semi fresh turns the oil rancid. I also generally use olive oil for cooking spells, making small batches of the oil so I go through the oils a lot faster. Hope that helps.

Yeah it was perfect. It may look cloudy but the sky where the sun was was clear.

I sometimes add oil to mine but most of the time I don't since the inside surface is shiny enough. When it comes to scrying bowls I generally still with glass but I don't see why you couldn't use silver, I just wouldn't want to damage the silver with paint but if you want to paint the bowl black maybe use a dishwasher safe modge podge. It is water proof to an extent. The reason I also use glass is I can paint the outside of the bowl and the inside reflects the colour I painted on the outside... So yeah, some ideas for you. Let me know if you have any questions. :)

Awe thank you. It is a very common form of magic that people don't realize they can do. It's perfect for beginners or seasoned practitioners. Also good for closeted witches that want to practice but can't do so in the open. This is a great way to give magical gifts and also create pieces that last for lifetimes. Tablespoon in hot water. Mix it with your tea. Tablespoon of this with club soda. Or you can have a straight teaspoon of it... Although I don't recommend...

It doesn't keep indefinitely. Different fermentations keep for different amounts of time. For lemon and ginger like this, once it's reached the fermentation you want (usually after a month) move it to a cool dark place (fridge works). This slows the fermentation process and allows you to use it slowly for up to 6 months after making it.

Some people believe that if you place things in your left pocket it will bring you things. I'm more in the following of placing things in the pocket on your dominant side for bringing things in and your non-dominant side to send away. So, if you believe adding the magnet to your left pocket will attract friends, then go ahead. At the end it is your belief and intention that help power the spell. Hope that helps. :)
