Fun to watch, but there are speed reducers that are smaller and cheaper to make with little/no backlash: look up cycloid speed reducers.
Nice work. Is the torque transmitted via the hoop? Would you say the cycloid mesh does not transmit torque?

how to solve vibration? in this case there is don't exist counter weight disk. and seems like second disk is same thickness with first one.
