I think the Feral one is made easier with recent talents. I’ve just completed it at level 60 with uncommon gear. Feral has all the AoE to handle adds with little fuss. I find it hard to gauge now because I’ve been pretty obsessive with it.

Some of them, like the agility trinket that gives 10% damage against demons and the weapons (2 gem sockets) are very good for scaled content.

I have a macro where I’m perpetually applying curse of exhaustion. He is speeding up in my video. Using the strategy I use in the video, dispatch Karam asap and out heal Raest. If you’re having trouble maintaining distance, use Burning Rush and out heal the self afflicted damage with drain life.

Nothing special. Bigwigs and associated extras for the content. Decursive to assist with dispels. Details but that’s irrelevant to the challenge. I’m using stock UI from game.

Keep going, you'll get it! I macro'd a fear specifically for each mob and a counter spell and mortal coil for Tugar so I didn't have to worry about being on the wrong target. Simple stuff but it worked. I tried to use fears for avoiding mechanics and rely on the instant casts when the occasional overlap occurs.

I think Outlaw is easiest, mostly do to do with the encounter. The imp mother has very few ways to instantly die unlike God Queen and Closing the Eye.

I am using BigWigs for timers and it might be different. Give it a try to see if it makes a difference. I have no experience recently with DBM.

Thank you for the tips! I have just started playing Holy Paladin and learning more. I do not present my videos as an example of excellent play. I have learned too many classes so quickly to be able to do that; but I have started lingering on a few I've enjoyed.

Nothing specifically for not using heirlooms. Every class gets an armour transmog for any successful attempt.

Weapon appearances were a reward during the Legion expansion. You get an armour transmog per class for any successful attempt since Shadowlands.

I have no idea if it has been nerfed but it certainly didn't feel adjusted to be easier in anyway, purely subjectively of course.

Yes!

Legion started out very challenging but wasn't scaled to gear / power. If you collected enough artefact power you could scale your damage up with affliction to take Raest out on the first damage phase. That coupled with the ring that caused corruption to last forever and snare made the fight trivial if you were lucky enough to get a ring early on.

I'm not really, but after some of the truly egregious comments I received on stream when I panicked and then clicked I make sure I click a spell in every video!

The add-on is called narcissus.

The timers come courtesy of the BigWigs add-on with the Mage Tower addition. The add-on for the party frame is called 'Decursive' and I've used it since vanilla.

Turn evil is the ability. Class tree second row right side under hammer of wrath. I agree, the blade dances kill a run easily. I either get stuck there, or I die to the eyes at the top of the stairs. I have yet to see the final stage.

@BriggityBroocE is correct. Turn Evil is a staple in the build for me. Hardest pack in the first stage is the penultimate pack; a mage and two soldiers. I have done this challenge countless times and can still fail it if I mess that pack up. Interrupt the second mage cast to remove the buff and provide a brief window. Use blinding light to disorient all the mobs after the soldiers finish their cast of blade dance (not before, or they recast it immediately). The mage should be close to or already dead. You then need to survive the soldiers enrage, which can be done by Paladin with self heals and shield (but you have plenty of cool-downs if required). Assist the NPCs on the soldier they’re focusing (try not to split damage, you need to dispatch one of the soldiers before next blade dance). One blade dance is manageable. Turn Evil will likely be back (save HoJ) if you can for the final pack.

I’m using a basic BM setup that comes with a chunk of leech when using a ferocity pet by default. I might have used some enchants. Certainly nothing special or out of the ordinary.

I still think there's some challenge to these mage tower scenarios. I wouldn't be so ready to diminish the challenge and be more likely to recognise your skill. Lots of people enter these scenarios and fail.

I can’t think what could cause you to die? Do you have a death recap on a damage meter? The umbral imps do have a nasty cast spell that does damage and snares you, but I’ve never known it to be so fatal. When things get hairy during the add phase, use cloak of shadows.

I think Assassination is easiest, but mostly because I suck at Outlaw. I think the Imp fight is easier overall and has fewer chances to instantly die.

Thank you for the critique. I agree it could be useful for reference. I don't think any consumables are required though. I any useful flask, rune, and food would be quite adequate.

Make sure leeching poison is taken as a talent. I also enchanted leech on gear where I could. I save evasion for when Jarl enrages the 2nd and/or 3rd time. Use feint to reduce AoE damage from ground patches too. Cloak of Shadows allows you to soak a shield explosion and funnel damage into the others on the first go, which helps the fight go faster. Multi-dot each mob for lots of energy, which translates into more damage and healing via leech. It takes some practice but the damage is survivable in regular gear. If you’re interested, I might do an assassination attempt with regular Dragonflight gear too.

@@trevplayswow I always forget to use feint, I'm still used to it reducing aggro :p It's really hard to keep multi dotting everyone AND paying attention to the fight mechanics, I feel old :') Thanks for the tips mate, cheers o/

I’m not using a threat add-on. This is mostly standard WoW UI.

I haven't set anything up. The default UI is my current choice of interface. The only relevant add-on I'm using is BigWigs for event timers on screen.

LiteButtonAuras is the add-on I use. It's a lightweight alternative to AdiButtonAuras that I was using in Shadowlands.

They’re items that can be used for levelling that scale quite nicely for these largely demon themed challenges. Tracker’s Charm is a particularly strong trinket that has main stat, chance on hit to damage, and 10% additional damage to demons for a brief period. Very strong in these challenges. The MoP era weapon heirlooms are also particular strong as they contain 2 gem sockets, which also have scaled very well in these challenges.

@@LLoucoleo on this attempt I used an Underlight Globe (found in 10.1 cavern content dailies etc.) and a Horn of Valor from Halls of Valor mythic (no longer on rotation in season 2).

No weapon skin. The armour transmog is available upon successful completion.

BigWigs / LittleWigs is my preferred add-on for that sort of thing.

What is your strategy for handling the first three?

@@trevplayswow Finally beat it! I saved all the orbs Velen spawns for P2. First Annihilate I just tank. Second one I used Barkskin. For the third one I used Survival Instincts. Then I played around the orbs and stunned him everytime he went to use it again. Took me a few tries but after setting up this strat I finally got it! I also used your talent trees which made a huge difference in how much dps I was doing. Thanks a lot!

Try and explain how / when it is happening. If you're killing Tugar first then remember that the other mobs gets a double damage enrage, which can be difficult to manage with the Jormungar.

Assassination -> Subtlety -> Outlaw in descending order of ease. Really dislike Outlaw spec though so it could easily skew my opinion.

Be patient and keep trying. You will get it and it will feel good when you do!

Yes, you get the armour transmog but the feral form was a available during Legion only. I do not know if they will ever offer it again via content.

How are you constantly getting healed? Is that a talent or a potion?

Instant cast regrowth after spending combo points and I have a desirous bloodstone in the onyx annulet. Feral heals very steadily the more spenders you get through.
