Golden Age Liquid Session 4 by Mindloader (Classic Liquid Drum & Bass Mix 2000-2010)
A few years back I started a mix series of my favorite era of music, the golden age liquid funk period throughout the 00's. This week I recorded a new mix in the series for the first time since 2020 with some of the hidden gems that I've located since. Even though liquid drum and bass has been modernized and evolved as a genre since, these tunes have stood the test of time for their simplicity and their classic approach to sampling closely related to hip-hop of the 90s. Letting the tunes breath, this is more of a discover mix than a fast-paced dnb mix.
