I find these lag deaths interesting... I mean, how bad is your connection? Can't you get a better one? Almost 1.3k hours in D4 and not once have I experienced lag bad enough to kill me.

QC is right tho, those freaking insta death is what makes me playing 1 to 2 hours a day before moving back to elden ring, kamikaz in d4 is just so anoying. Also on ps5 it is next to impossible to play endgame, lags and insta death is just a pain.

I watched few videos and always the same mistakes. Squishy characters, going afk, or going in like Leeroy Jenkins. Getting DC'ed is just bad luck, also I saw one guy who's wireless mouse died in the middle of a fight. Now that's really bad luck. Funny thing, I almost died to chat. I wanted to check an item, but then I forgot to close it, went into a fight and when I had to use potions/skills it didn't work (I was just typing into the chat). By the time I figured it out I was at less than 20% health. The only thing that saved me was I went for max defence build. So yeah, number one mistake - squishy characters. Don't get one shot.

Back then leveling was way harder. Season 4 even if a casual player like me play five hours after work, I could reach 100 in two or three days.I didn't even lose sleep losing a lvl99 necro

I have a 98 that never fought the butcher, I went through 3 hardcore and they had to fight the butcher around lvl 15. All three died. I stopped playing hardcore.
