@@6at32offIt was de-gnar’d some time ago. In my opinion it was a complete loss of a great trail, but I can’t argue that it’s way better from an environmental impact perspective. Unfortunately it seems in order to keep the government happy and the trails open a lot of the great gnar has to go because it’s unsustainable. Anything that’s easy to access will get drilled, and then becomes paved because it’s impossible for the club to upkeep it to the standards required to play ball with the feds. I hate it, but it seems a necessary evil and I appreciate all the work they put in to keep this place open. With the new road in, now all the orange and red trails are open season and they’re taking a beating. Can’t imagine it’ll be long before those get some heat. Fairly certain LMS and Tire are downhill only now, just waiting for the signs to go up. I’m on the fence of just moving to the island so I can ride hard enduro without feeling like I’m doing something evil. Sorry for the novel, near and dear subject to the heart.

@ haha. It’s an easy loop around the mountain. Avoiding the water as much as possible. No mcnutt stuff here. 🤣🤣. Hope to get there one of these days. 😁

@@RawDawgRandy I honestly have no idea how I don’t wash all the time. And it’s weird because if I’m doing a big splat or riding something steep or doing slow wheelies, I can hit the back brake no problem, but if I’m standing upright just riding, can’t seem to find that fucker.

@ haha that’s funny. I get so scared to even touch the front brakes at any speed over a crawl. It’s like the lever is made of razors for me.

@@dirtbikerwv1313 That’s probably it. The place is sweet unfortunately due to the weather I can’t be up riding the stuff that I actually like to ride because it’s closed for the winter. Keep ‘er tuned in the spring though should have lots of videos of the more technical trails!

@@dirtbikerwv1313 Front is whatever comes stock on the 23 XCW. Not sure exactly who makes it but I can look next time I’m out there! Rear is one of those shinko hybrids. Also not sure which one exactly. 5 something, it came with the bike I’ll update the comment tomorrow with the specs.

@@6at32off Me too. 99% of the time I’m solo, just recently started riding with friends. First trail is Sliced Bone. Used to shoot off The Line and cross Express Lane and meet up at the top. It’s one of Ted’s trialsy things from way back I think. It wasn’t well known until the FSR went it now it’s impossible to miss, right off the road so I feel comfortable posting it because it’s quite literally advertising itself.

Never had a problem with mine until this ride and I think it’s because I manually set some of the parameters and forgot, then it exposed very poorly. Live and ya learn.

@@jakewarren9 I have the hero 9 and any time it gets slightly cold (sometimes when its not even cold) the recording will stop at like 2 minutes and the screen will just freeze. None of the buttons work the only way to get it unfrozed is to remove the battery and put it back in. And every once in a while it will say that my file got corrupted. really frustrating but maybe it's just the hero 9... the newer ones might be better idk

@@MatkatMusic didn’t notice my bike has 14/50 gearing, so little bit of extra clutch until I fix that 😂. Weirdly I’ve never had arm pump on a bike, so not sure.

@@Coastal-rsidedown 🤙 thanks for the feedback, it’s just tubliss, I like it a lot. Some guys have issues with it but my last two systems have been nothing but perfect.

Last weekend, there’s snow up the top now but lower probably go into December before it’s down low. People ride all year here.

Chin mount, just the usual settings max out bit rate and resolution. Hyperview. I copy the mtb guys. There’s some labs firmware for minimum low light shutter speed but haven’t bothered with it seems legit for stopping the tearing in low light.
