today's 11 november 2023, had my cafe 400 ( Philippine badge for Malaysia's xy400) it's 1 year 1 month old, clocking in at 23000 kilometers already and no major break downs , had the tires and control cables changed , just that, the engine is still mint. very reliable

If you wanna destroy a beautiful bike follow this video, the bike was not meant for off road and has little to none off road abilities, no spokes in the wheels no high suspension, the exhaust pipe is low, if you want an off road bike get your self a Ducati scrambler desert sled or a triumph scrambler XC

I think it is a taiwanese bike, not china
IIRC its from China Jin Long motorcycles, they basically buy old yamaha/honda machineries from the 90s and continuing to make 90s bike clone with addons like fuel injection and abs for regulation compliance. Peppy sweet bikes, affordable too, but the material chosen for the job ain't the best. Rust will form if you don't dry it properly.

Could you put a video up of going through the twistys ? Looks a fun bike for that sort of tight twisty stuff. A few of us back in the uk all have big adventure bikes but I’m trying to convince them all that we need to buy one of these each and do a big trip on them.. I think it would be a scream !

I really like the look of the bike, it's like an old Triumph style. I want the SC version. I have a Demak D7 as a second bike. (Ninja 250 is my main bike), but I think when the Demak finally dies, the CMC will replace it (if my Wife will let me lah!)

Hey guys, my dad has a CMC bike too. Red colour. Your review is accurate. It’s a bike with no add ons. Quite powerful. I love the pick up of this bike. Had a ride from PD-Banting via Morib road. It is nice to ride on trunk road compared to highway because highway is boring for me as well.
I hope this bike dont breakdown while riding hhhhhhh
