    Hi! Do you have Human Handoff feature for Web chatbots as well not related to any integrations but directly plugged in bots on websites? Also, have you introduced the ability for humans (users) to stop the chatbot manual and continue the conversation? If not, do we have any timelines for it?

    Hey, thanks for this session. It's awesome to see you in action, you're really killing it. Listen, I'll keep this brief - I love your platform and the idea of reselling AI Agent systems to other businesses, it's insane. But here's the thing - I'm in ecommerce. I run an Ecommerce Marketing Agency where we boost CRO, work on designs, run email campaigns, etc. Our clients get thousands of visitors daily hitting their chatbox, okay. I've always thought about a solution like Stammer, which would give our agency a huge selling point when bundled with Stammer AI. What's holding me back though is understanding the custom Shopify-Stammer integration you showed in a tutorial. I tried it, it went okay, but I don't find it complete enough to justify the headache. In most ecommerce niches, visitors aren't usually asking how much inventory is left for X product. They're mostly asking "Where's my order?" They provide their order number and support gives them the tracking number. This kind of automation with Stammer AI would be legendary. The other thing slowing my team down is that sometimes visitors who are about to buy (haven't purchased yet, they're coming from Ads specifically) ask questions in the ChatBox. Our support team rushes to respond to avoid losing the sale, obviously. It would be powerful to have AI handling Customer Support, but we'd need to be able to see conversations in real-time and jump in when needed. Some visitors won't exactly type the word that triggers the human intervention request. Like on our phones, we get a notification when a visitor writes in chat. Even if we can't interact with Stammer on mobile, just getting a notification that a conversation started would be awesome too! I know I might be asking for a lot, but I'm trying to give you ideas because I love Stammer. I used you guys a lot back when I had my AI Agency, but we stayed focused on Ecom - that's where our passion is. Being able to run Stammer AI with my Ecom Stores would be perfect.     I've used a couple of platforms that gives us as agencies three ability to send a preview link of the chatbot with the clients website. I think this is done by an . It looks like the chatbot is installed on the client website and it's fully working. Could u create a feature like this? I think it would help us sell alot more chatbots if the client was able to see the chatbot live on their website without us agencies having to install it on their website first

    I think I might go manual. Only because I use a software called suitedash witch is an all in one crm platform. Witch is also connected to stripe. Be good to keep all my billing and clients in one place as I do offer multiple services.

    Excellent video and very clear. I just have one question. I'm making a chatbot for a bookstore, and when I train it I ask it: How much is the book The Little Prince (for example), but the system apparently doesn't understand the term "how much is it" and I have to change it to "what is the price" and then it gives me the answer. Given this, I have placed the following in the "configurations" section in the prompt section: #Important: If the client asks any of these sentences then pass them to the terms that I put below: - How much is it worth = What is its price - What is its value = What is its price - How much does it cost = What is its price - What price does it have = What is its price - What is the cost = What is its price - How much do I pay for the book = What is its price - How much is its value = What is its price And still it doesn't work.     Can we use this function with a public facing chatbot where the Sheet contains personal data and will only deliver it to the user after they authenticate in the chatbot? For example, if we want students to lookup their GPA or update their address we would need the user to prove who they are first to prevent users from accessing data of another student.

    I wonder if the language that the customer speak affects the results of the model if its knowledge base is in a different language from the speaker. What if the question is in german but all my knowledge database is in spanish?

      The AI chatbots themselves, have the capability to support nearly every known language. We recommend writing the base prompts in English, as the model was trained and has the best understanding of this language. However, you can include instructions within the prompt to translate and respond in the user's language whenever they speak in a language other than English. For example, you can add something like, "Whenever a user speaks to you in another language, be sure to translate and respond in that language."
