I wouldn't recommend this. As someone who had tried this, step by step, I'm disappointed in the results. It doesn't look anything like how it's shown in the video. It (obviously) just melts right away after taking it out of the fryer.
I want to try this but think I'd put them back in the freezer after air frying for a bit.

Hi Jennifer, steam mushipan is another recipe video. We needed the whole eggshells to steam the mushipan, hence we have extra beaten eggs to use in this yogurt cake recipe. They are just regular eggs :)

For making sandwiches, is it necessary to spread oil or butter to both sides of the bread? Any tips to make miffy shown on the breads ? I tried many times, but miffy not shown at all. Thanks !
@@miffytobb1 Hi luckie! It's not necessary but we find it makes it super yummy and browns more evenly. For the miffy print to show, stuff with more ingredients and use thick slices of bread. This way, you can really press the plates down to imprint on the bread. Hope this helps!
