Hey this is me and some of my friends goofing around
I know how that feels. When I was in high school classes lasted 1.5 hours. Every morning I would drink a bottle of water on my way and about 45 minutes into class I would need to pee so bad. But I didn't want to ask to go every day, so I would hold it unless it was getting to be an emergency. Most days I felt like I was gonna float away haha!
Knowing that I would have to be some place where I couldn't use the bathroom, I would curb my fluid intake. You may still get the urge, but it wouldn't that big of a deal!

Have you’ve fully recovered cause I might get the shot and depending after the shot to my sesamoid I might get surgery if the shot won’t fully recover it.
Do not get the surgery. My big toe froze after it and never regained its normal movement..
Are you able to run with it after the surgery or it’s still a pain

How was your recovery? Are you able to walk/run? Are you able to perform daily activities without pain? I’ve so many questions as I’ve been suffering with for over a year due to sesamoid bone fracture.
Ravi Kiran same here! Im searching RUclips now for anyone who’s had this surgery. I’d really like to avoid it though
I still have pain I haven’t X-rayed since April but i still feel it when I take a step without shoes. So I got these hoka shoes and a dancer pad right around my fracture to relief the toe but I’ve herd most people got it removed and it goes well and after and some not so well. I guess it depends on how your body reacts.

I wear a custom orthotic but still get pain. The shot didn't help me at all. From what I hear it doesn't help anyone. Really hoping they find a way to heal this thing but sounds like I will be living with it for the rest of my life.
Tato & Tiffany Daza I’m using Hoka one Bondi 6 shoes with a custom insert. I cut out where it hurts and able to manage with bare minimum pain. I’m on my fifth podiatrist, he does not want me to do surgery, he wants me to heal naturally. He got me in a boot with a darco peg insert. It’s a god send I say. Basically you remove pegs in the area that hurts and it transfers pressure to other areas of the foot. I’ve been using a bone stimulator for past 3 months and hoping to see an improvement soon.
