HO Union Pacific Double-headed Steam Freight Train
Since my previous video featured a short train, this time I figured it was time for a big one. So we have a Union Pacific freight train with double-headed steam locomotives. Leading is 4-8-4 FEF-1 #803, with now famous 4-8-8-4 Big Boy #4014.
#803 is a Pacific Fast Mail import made by United Scale Models of Japan. #4014 is a modified MTH model. Both have Soubdtraxx Tsunami2 DCC sound decoders.

Cab Ride around the Layout

This video I recorded back in 2021 for my old channel. It is a twice around trip on the HO layout at the South Florida Railway Museum in Deerfield Beach, Florida. I built a car to carry a small camera, which was too wide to fit horizontally. As a result I had to place it on end, and then rotate the recording, hence the vertical format.

OO British Steam Trains

It's been a while since my last video, and I thought it would be interesting to feature very different trains. So I brought down to the club two of my British steam locomotives, a BR Standard 2MT 2-6-0 #78047, and an ex-Southern S15 4-6-0 #30830. Both locomotives are from Hornby, with Soundtraxx Econami UK DCC sound decoders. The wagons (British for freight cars) are from Bachmann Branchline, a...

I recently started building this small N scale layout. It measures 43.5 inches by 26.5 inches. it has NCE Powercab DCC for power. For fun I went and assembled this train which is long enough for the engines to be coupled to the caboose. For scale, the train measures 109 inches in length.

Awesome video. Also, How long have you had that locomotive?
Which one?
@stuartaaron613 The UP 4-8-4 FEF-1 # 803.
@@tropicalrailroadproduction5028 several years.
Nice hopper train. Also. I had the idea to add modern day rolling stock & mid generation rolling stock from various model train manufacturers. Along with scale-trains boxcars. Do you think that would be a good idea.
This train adventure is mighty adorable. Thank you for sharing
Glad you enjoyed it.
Hey Stu,I felt like I was back in the basement in Farmingdale when i saw the mouse. Great video. Keep up the great work.,Bob Tapken
Awesome run. what we're you using as the engine.

@@stuartaaron613 Sweet. Can’t wait to see more videos in future. Hopefully you run a fast freight next.
This is an old video too! The layout looks so different in some places!
I just came across this video... Subscribed!!! 👍
Glad you enjoyed the video, and thank you for subscribing. Please watch my other videos, and I'll be posting others in the future.
Awesome Video Stu. I Was wondering if you Still own that Santa Fe Texas Type. I was wondering if I Could maybe run it. in future. I'd like to pull a long train like this.
No, I don't own a Santa Fe Texas type.
It could probably haul more if it didn't have to drag those diesels around 😸
That is so cool!
Amazing freight train. I Would rather see power like this than today's ES44AC's ES44DC's if I'm being honest. Also I Was wondering if I Could run my RS-27 #-2408 could appear on your channel.
"The C-630M is from Bowhere" Autocorrected Bowser perhaps?
Bowser.😊 Fixed.
cool video cool channel
Thank you. Glad you enjoyed the video. Please watch my others, like, and subscribe to the channel.
Awesome video of your engine Stuart. Do you have any other 2-8-0's or just his one US Wise?
I also have a Long Island RR H10s 2-8-0 #119. It is a repainted Broadway Limited model (ex-Pennsylvania).
Nice, Stu. Where is the rr you ran on?
The South Florida Railway Museum in Deerfield Beach.
Awesome video and catches. Were these filmed today? Also, would you post more videos soon. Also, can you make more UK Train videos soon.
Yes, the video was filmed on Sunday. I'll post more videos when I feel like it, and yes there will be more UK trains as well.
Got a favorite diesel builder Stuart?
Alco
Is that yours Stuart?
Yes it is.
Who made it Stuart?
Atlas.
Nice Stephen. Bowser right?
Bowser.
It was great to see Jim and Ken in one shot.
Awesome video. I like those big C-636’s and they can pull a lot of weight from your cars. I hope to see more in the future 😊.
Very nice video my friend. I was also wondering if you could re-upload your old videos, and I could help you with your newer videos? 😊 I also do miss when you had the most locomotives & rolling stock out of everyone else 😢😢
I may reload my old video. It depends on whether I saved them in my computer.
🚂🚞🚞🚞👍
What an impressive demonstration
Thank you.
Very Nice Shot and catch. Also, if you're running on the HO Layout Can I Film your engine/engines pulling freight/passenger in slow motion?
Very spectacular engines Stuart, Also As for my SFR&M Railway draft I Decided to add Camelback Switchers to be part of the roster as well.
Camelback switchers (or any Camelback locomotive) would be numbered in the same series as conventional locomotive of the same wheel arrangement.
Awesome locomotive and running session, Also, I have some mountain type numbers picked out. 601,603,606,621,671,680,666,665,630,634. I hope you run some more steam soon 😊.
What a set up
Awesome video!
I bet if this train was used in a movie production no one would think it wasn't real👍
Absolutely awesome I still have the ho train engine and some cars from back in the 60's mom and dad got me. And some 1776 series cars late engine and an early wood burning funnel stack exhaust engine all still in there oem box's. My daughter was born in 1976 so I bought these then
Sweet Reefer train, Also will there be numbers that start & end a particular class of steam locomotive.?
Thank you. For most classes of locomotive, steam, diesel, electric, and turbines, the various locomotives were numbers in a sequence. The Big Boys, for example, were numbered from 4000 to 4024, for a total of 25 units. One exception to this was the Pennsylvania Railroad. For many years locomotives were numbers where ever they found an opening. The only rule they followed was that different regions of the system had different blocks of numbers used.
Very nice n scale train chasing its tail. Also, do you take number suggestions for the south Farmington locomotive roster?
Thank you for the compliment. As for your question, we'll discuss that at the museum.
@@stuartaaron613 ok
Beautiful freight train. I Wish the RS-27 Was leading.
Thank you/ Maybe next time the RS-27 will lead.
Awesome train
Thank you.
Awesome Union Pacific freight train. I’m trying to do a longer train like that but with CSX 911 leading with 3194 at the front and 2010 & 1776 DPU.
Will you be getting the scale trains n&w gp30 ??
No, I already have a Proto2000 with Loksound, and while the ScaleTrains model will be much nicer, I already have two UP GP30s (one A and one B) on order from them, I have to consider my budget at times. Maybe a ScaleTrains N&W GP30 in the future, though.
Nice train
Awesome Coal train Stuart. Also, the reason why I Asked if I Could put the coca cola car on some of your trains is because I Want to see it on a train powered with your SD26's. :)
Maybe in the future.
Awesome
Good Job Stuart [ I Hope to see more of your stuff appear on the channel Just a Random Railfan ]

CP 3084, GP38-2 in classic maroon and gray? No.
Awesome video. Also Do you still use your Rail mouse Camera to make videos with Your freight & Passenger trains as well as other club members trains for the SFRM RUclips channel?
Thank you for the comment. Right now I'm not using the Rail Mouse camera.
Awesome catches Stuart.
