I have been researching the claim that Seneca Falls was the inspiration behind Bedford Falls and have yet to find real proof, just saying it is so is not proof. I grew up in SF NY. The main road into town, Ovid street had the same steel bridge that SF took down in the early 80s. Every bridge from Seneca Falls, Waterloo to Geneva along that canal were the same steel construction and they were beautiful and there was many. The call to tear them down or close the ones that still stand today was a bad call. The one you all are crossing was at one point also going to be tore down until this Bedford Falls claim came to light in the late 90s. Seneca Falls like so many other towns was a dying town. The factory's were closing, Jobs were difficult to find, people were leaving. Graduation class numbers in the 70s and 80s were ave 170 students that sunk to under 50. Is it possible that the Bedford Falls claim was and is nothing more then a ploy at the time to try to rebirth a dying town? The world will never know...

You take some of the best cruise walk through videos, you should be proud. That said, please fact check yourself when writing your script. The carnivale bar is available to all guests after the exclusive breakfast is over daily. Only the outdoor area remains off limits. This, plus the serenity comment that's already been pointed out.

My family and I rode on Star Wars Resistance Rises two times first in HollyWood Studios in DisneyWorld, Florida in April of 2023 and then DisneyLand, California in August of 2024 and the ride felt so real for two reasons: First of, when we entered the Resistance Transport Ship, commanded by Lieutenant Beck, a Resistance Mon Calamari Lieutenant and heir to Admiral Ackbar, and driven by Nien Nunb and exited it on the First Order Star Destroyer, we exited the same door we entered. The stormtroopers, First Order officers and First Order Star Destroyer hanger, all felt so real, like we were actually on Batuu and went into space with the Resistance and we on a First Order star destroyer.

Captain Frosty’s in Dennis is the best fried seafood on Cape Cod. And they have incredible clam cakes too which are impossible to find outside of Rhode Island. So. Damn. Good.

Latest update (Nov 2024) is that the Venezia is no longer a "newer" ship with many problems on-board: 1. Most sinks and showers are getting clogged with no proper drainage/sewer flow. I am sure there will be a few that will jump in indicating - Oh I did not have drainage problems etc. but many cruisers are facing this problem. The ship's hotel Director confirmed that is the case. 2. The ship officers including the F&B Director - Stanley and Hotel Director - Tim (he is off the ship effective Nov 2024) have implemented a unique policy to make their lives easier - They have implemented an internal policy to ignore all guest calls. They will only answer and serve guest services. If you have any problems good luck getting any meaningful assistance on-board. 2 hour long lines at guest services. You can be on the phone for upto 4 hours and they will not answer the call. 3. Avoid the two rude ladies on Guest Services - Faithe and Kay. Trust me they are miserable individuals. 4. Food quality is rapidly declining including serving of rancid desserts in the buffet - There is no F&B Director on-board the ship. They recently promoted Stanley to F&B director but he simply hides and enjoys his cabin all day long. Dosent interact with guests, will not answer or address guest concerns, dosent even show up for chef's table, and is simply not around. Even his own team members speak poorly of him. 5. Afternoon tea is simply a joke - no scones, only lipton tea bags (not even seeped tea), disgusting desserts, horrible stable cucumber sandwiches, etc. SIMPLY DISGUSTING. Proof - On the first seaday there was a long line to get seated...the next seaday there were barely 10 to 15 people LOLLL 6. The bathroom showers are super tight even for below average sized people. This ship was designed for the Asian market with shower curtains and then it was retrofitted with shower doors and the shower is super tight. Trust me you are not getting a full shower on the Venezia. 7. The Theatre looks beautiful but there is not a single seat in the entire theater with a good view....no exaggeration. The person who designed this theatre should be fired along with John Heald and Christine Duffy. BEWARE - There is a reason why this a cheaper cruise. Convenient for New Yorkers as it sails from NY for at least 8 months of the year but a very cheap, broken and sub-grade ship with no working and active officers on-board or any decent guest services.

The host of this video mistakenly said, “the Serenity area is another private area. Just book a Serenity room”. There are no Serenity rooms on a Carnival Ship. Including the Venezia. The Serenity area is open to all quests twenty-one and up.
