@@markleesways it is a combination of ethical issues to consider. amazon's carbon footprint, its history of overworking but underpaying employees, and its contribution to consumerism/fast fashion where it destroys its returned items rather than redistributing them. amazon's culture is to promote profit over sustainability and capitalizes the market. i recommend we counteract that by voting with our dollars and supporting other online retailers (since I know that often items people look for are often not available in brick and mortar stores).
