5 years later still waiting for the review

The gun sounds are so different from now

It's rough watching them not know how many dice to roll; not adding their stats to the skills, not treating stress dice as able to give successes, not adding bonus dice for aim etc. They are really hobbling themselves trying to roll successes with so few dice.

1:23:00 that's definitely not a translation from Russian to English. Russian dub sounds like a poor translation from English, as nobody talks like that. I think this is legit the poor quality of dialogue writers at 4A Games. I'm convinced an AI program can write more realistic dialogues these days. Additionally the voice acting is done per sentence, as opposed to per scene. So you get a lot of tonal shifting between sentences. It doesn't help that sometimes the game bugs out and there are longer than needed pauses between voice overs.

Sad this didn't get reviewed but I looked at other games released around Feb 2019 and saw ANTHEM so I can't blame Joe for focusing on that mess and warning people.

Superb.This is how role playing should be done. Immersive.Inquisitive.Reactive. You can find a lot of TTRPG dedicated channels on youtube - subscriptions ranging from zero into the millions.Most are pretty woeful, often cringe inducing to watch. For those who have stumbled by lucky happenstance across this little gem.Just sit back,relax and enjoy. Hopefully the channel will do more content like this.
