GÜRİŞ Holding, one of Turkey's leading conglomerates, was founded in 1958 by İdris YAMANTÜRK and his partners, who graduated from the Istanbul Technical University Faculty of Electrical Engineering in 1952.
Today, GÜRİŞ Holding operates in the fields of construction, industry, energy, tourism, and mining. The GÜRİŞ Industrial Group, a significant part of the holding, has become one of the fastest-growing industrial companies in recent years by incorporating Parsan in 1968, OMTAŞ in 1996, and Döktaş in 2018.
Engaged in forging, casting, steel production facilities, and metal shaping, the group continues to contribute significantly to the country's economy with an export rate of approximately 85% and over 10,000 employees.
