Why do you mention Woodbridge? Woodbridge is not Loupusuo, is it? My biggest concern is that Chinese brands (which this probably is) are often made low-quality, have a lot features and don't last.

I have this EXACT same massage chair. Help! How in the heck do I pair and/or unpaired the chair's Bluetooth to my phone/tablet? Apparently, my Korean neighbors have discovered this connection, and when turning the device on, I'm able to hear their conversations and playlist through the chair's built-in speakers. I'd love to discontinue this.

Sorry, while people may be shy about appearing on camera we need to see someone sitting in the chair. I understand the video is from the user's point of view, but we have to see the size of the person and know their height and weight so we can judge how you fit overall. Don't get me wrong, it's not a bad review, but I think it's important to see the whole person in the chair. Thanks for going through the trouble of making it.

Random question...are you able to flush the toilet with the handheld remote without being 'on the seat'? I currently have a bidet, and none of the remote features work unless it senses pressure on the actual seat. From your video, it looked like you were controlling it with the remote (without being seated), but I wanted to double check. Thanks so much!!

I placed my order on August 12th and I'm still waiting for the toilet. Fed Ex said that it was damaged in shipping and being held at their warehouse. Loupusuo states that Fed Ex needs to still deliver to me the damage toilet. Haven't heard from the Company or Fed Ex when it will arrive but this is ridiculous. Would like to talk to someone on the phone at Loupusuo so how did you contact customer service?

I just got this toilet. It seems like the water pressure for cleaning doesn’t change when I press the pressure setting options. The change is very minimal. The massage feature feels the same. Are you encountering this? Also same thing with the drying feature. It seems to just be on one setting even if I press the button to change the speed.

Don't buy this if you're over 5 ft 6. My wife loves it but I have to hunch over to fit (I'm barely 6 ft) but then I can't get the legs to work. So great chair but only if you're short

I have this very same massage chair and I'd echo this reviewer to state that it's a less expensive gem that has saved a lot of lives after my hellish day spent in the office. What I was expecting to hear by way of this review was some level of commentary regarding the chairs Bluetooth device setup. Upon plugging the chair in, it is announced (using a thick accent) that the "Bluetooth device is ready to pair." Uhm.... my question is to what? I've come home on multiple occasions now to find music (& other paraphernalia) being streamed through this chair, and I have absolutely no clue how to disconnect isn't other than by unplugging the chair completely. Some assistance would be lovely at this point.

I had to put pillows to lean on as there isn't enough padding and the rollers hurt. Also way too short for a 6 foot person. No headrest. Also needs to elevate legs more . The computer screen needs to light up the different modes as you can't read them
