    On your video i can't see anywhere parallers cables. Your machine is excellent . I am not interested in buying, simply i ask because it happened in the past to make something similar, and i have these "side effects" with long cables. Specifically ,beside power loss.(for the same power with electrodes the amber level is "1"and at cables to "5"!)after 20 welds my device and cables is very hot. Τhe reason I ask is,if you have done something that is related to the transformer,for help me.

    The basic resistance welder unit is from "standar" machine with footpental,if i don't get wrong) . This machines usually it is with transformer and the electrodes is with shorts pieces of brass -almost 60cm length & diameter almost 50mm . One question. With this very long cables instead electrode,you don't have problems?Problems about loss of current(reduced adhesive yield compared electrodes)and cables overheat? (I see and i think is not inventer technology your resistance welder unit ).

      the machines built are based on a transformer because a manual gripper machine has always been used that the end customer already has and this action greatly reduces the final cost of the machine. The possible power loss in the length of the cables is compensated with cables in parallel according to the application. If the final customer does not have a machine to recycle surely, it would use inverter technology
