A historic snowstorm brought more snow to Louisiana than we’ve seen in the past 100 years. Snow is extremely rare here, so when the opportunity presented itself, we knew we had to take advantage of it. Hunting in these conditions was an experience we may never get again.
We had an incredible hunt, limiting out on pintail, harvesting a good number of mallards, and a few other species. The frozen landscape made for a truly unique setting, and a hunt we won’t forget.
