Why use IPA clean again after post curing?
what is with that swoop my guy, is this the incredibles
Rather than disposable scrub brushes, would it be okay to use a soft tooth brush? or is this too abrasive prior to curing?
How long is the recommended nano cure?
Is it we must use nanocure for retainer resin? currently im having procure 2, is it possible to cure the retainer resin using pro2 by putting it in the glycerin, or maybe wash the uncured resin using alcohol?
I don't have the Studio option
Hoping for this to be able to print resin similar to E-max
Implant library in cloud design??
Implant library in cloud design??
Yes , I told the understand everything you're saying right now.🤔
Oh my god
the song 😑 wtf 😑
What software you use to design all your dental work? And how long the 3d take to print? Im new in to this😂
What software you use to design all your dental work?
Do I have to have eco as?
😂 medical grade resin I assume
So simple!
❤
What's the name of special paint?😍
So how long does a 3d printed crown last in the mouth?
I’ve noticed the clear resin has a lot tighter fit compared to the blue resin Is anyone else experiencing this? It’s been frustrating me :(
Great to have new episode 🎉🎉
What is the predicted lifespan in the mouth of a sprint ray crown 😊
What did you do with the strong odor from the alcohol and how do you discard the old alcohol?
This is Fantastic!!!!!
Few days with the Pro 2 working. Just able to print through the sprint ray online Rayware, but the RAYWARE app has no Pro2 printer available? Also the Castable resin is not available on the Nanocure nor the Pro2 as a feasible resin and there is no downloadable to be able to use it int he Pro @. Can you place the nightguards horizontally instead of vertically when you are just printing a few of them, as by default it will always place them vertically and we have to flatten them or turn them horizontal. Someone knows how? TKS
bs.. dso provide shitty dentistry to patients. Recently I heard of an orthodontist that was fired because he/she was spending 3min per patient instead of 2min that the DSO required.
درود بر بچه های کرمانشاه ❤ عالی
a smart way to remove parts (like formlabs flex platform) would be a game changer for sprint ray!
I have a printer, I really like it but your customer support sucks, spend more time perfecting that instead of these silly videos, please?
Thanks for nothing, I guess
Got to say I'm kind of confused. Yeah, that's an interesting concept. Can't deny that. However, that is the cost of a Roland Mill. You can get a 98mm milling disk of a hybrid ceramic block that has a 220 mpa flexural strength for 70 bucks and mill around 30 restorations out of that. Printing final restorations makes a lot of sense on the low end but that's about it.
The Midas will bring many offices the ability to print and deliver final ceramic crowns within 45 minutes at a cost of about $25 including the design studio. The printed crowns typically are more precise than a milled crown. This is just the beginning.
@@3DprintSpecialist Let's be honest here. I know you can bill that as a ceramic, but that is not a ceramic. You know it and I know it. Ceramics aren't water soluble, and have no water sorption. Ceramics flexural strength remains consistent as they age. This material will absorb water, it is slightly soluble, and it loses strength as it ages and oxidizes. It will have more microleakage faster than any ceramic material. It's a composite resin. That's it.
You’ve tested and examined the ceramic crown resin to know that?
@@3DprintSpecialist I have read multiple studies relating to all modern hybrid materials, which is what this is, except this has a lower filler content and will absorb more water than something like Grandio or Enamic, so in practice it probably won't even last as well as them, and it appears isn't even as cheap as them either.
I don’t think you’ve looked at the ceramic crown resin then. It’s not just like other materials. What’s a good email and I’ll send you some specific info on it.
what is the hardness test on these crowns?
what kind of cement is best for seating these crowns?
Is the PRO 2 a DLP printer ? Or LCD ?
DLP
30 seconds in, no idea what you're on about. skipping through the rest, no props, no examples.. just chit chat abut... still don't know. if you don't start with an elevator pitch, you're hoping someone is really bored and wants to watch a long video about.. something unknown. whatever the innovation is.. good luck with it. maybe next innovation will be "get to the point" early.. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Great job guys....love from Kermanshah...پرچم غرب بالاس ❤
U mean u doing treatment plan in cloud for dentist? And can we print the aligner instead of suck down?
This is Like Coffee Nobody likes capsules …
If you accidentally get dirty on your resin printer, how to clean the outside part yourself?
This is just another sla / dlp printer which has expensive wastefull cartridges... nothing new except the illusion of something new... this uses same resins as all the other printers therefore you will have the same limitations and these printed pieces will be temporarily...
No - this is a new tech that presses the resin while continuously curing it. The press will allow us to print thicker resins that won't flow and print on a traditional resin printer. Also because it is continuous print, there are no layers/layer lines as you get with a traditional printer. Our current 50% ceramic resin can be used as a final ceramic crown and is comparable in fracture toughness to Emax. Print time on the midas will be about 7-8 minutes and you can print up to 3 in that time.
So I take it this is all because of a new resin. What are the mechanical properties of the resin in question? Flexural strength, modulus, etc.
Are they single use capsules? What’s the price point for the capsules ?
After the alcohol rinse. Can I wash the guard with a little soap and water to remove residual alcohol, dry it and then cure it?
After washing with alcohol, air drying really well takes care of residual alcohol. Don’t use soap until you’ve fully cure based on manufacturers recommendations.
why would you not remove the supports with the slow speed before post curing when they are even softer?
Looks most of the supports are removed before curing. He's just using the slow speed to remove the leftover bumps. I prefer the one-handed removal method (from the other doctor from the other Sprintray nightguard video) instead of scraping the guard off the platform.
I remove the supports prior to post curing by peeling them off then use the slow speed to remove the bumps. THEN I cure. This video edit is very misleading. No need to repolish after curing. Your question is very valid.
Can we use the retainer resin as an Aligner resin?
No, I asked the same question during a webinar and it’s only cleared for retainers
Amazing ❤
nah man. If I have to buy a 3 pack of capsules in order to print 3 crowns (if 1 crown is all you can fit), theres no way its cost effective for me. Unless the capsules are re-fill able (doubtful), this just seems MORE wasteful than a traditional resin printer.
i am also considering that, the cost would not suppose to be nice
Super🎉🎉🎉
