Every year on June 30 shrines around the country perform the Midsummer Purification Ceremony, complete with recitation of the Ōharae no Kotoba, and the use of hitogata as a way to rid people of their defilements for the rest of the year. At Kamigamo Shrine they also recite Waka poems during the ceremony which you can hear in the video. Enjoy

Every year on May 5th shrines around the country celebrate Children's Day, Fujinomori Shrine is where the celebrations first got started. Kakeuma is a series of amazing horse stunts, including riding backwards, writing on horseback, and catching ribbons and arrows while racing down the track at top speed. It's a sight to behold!

Love it! We were at the Toronto to show and I'm so glad we didn't give into the negativity and cancel. This sort of positive energy is exactly why I love Miku and her fans. Thanks for this capture and for sharing it with us! :)
Anytime! I do think the criticisms over lying to the fans are warranted, but yeah I'm glad I went regardless cause of the crowds.
@@MagicallyMusical4EVR On the lying to the fans *and* the refusal to acknowledge their legitimate anger, 100% agreed. There's just no way that's anything but wrong and disrespectful. But the show was still great and I'm still glad we went. :) And given the chance, we'll probably go again. (Which kinda annoys me because people like me being willing to overlook this and go next time means they're probably gonna get away with it. >< )

I believe it was confirmed by the original author of the song that they custom tuned Miku to change the name for every city she performs in for the North American tour.

@@The._silly oh man yeah Glowsticks are the hardest things to get at Miku concerts for sure!! And yeah I'll definitely be going to future concerts as well!! And I also got my hands on the glowsticks so I'm happy too!!

I was a little disappointed. Cuz this doesn’t use the usual 3 screen technique or the hologram, just a LED screen, I’m still glad the crowd enjoyed !
@@ルミンtheInkyVhenshun yeah that was a major rip off, and if future shows are gonna pull this I may just not go to them. I was lucky I got to see Magical Mirai 2023 when I was in Japan last year so I did get to see Miku as intended.
@@MagicallyMusical4EVR Yeah. I know Miku is a Hologram but the Triple screen way works perfectly as well, but crunchy roll kinda ruined it by using a LED screen. But the crowd loved it, the recordings make Miku look like a beam of light tho. I’m still glad they enjoyed it. Also did you enjoy MM ?

The screen looks so disappointing compared to the amazing hologram shows, but KAITO is still awesome
Yeah I've been to Magical Mirai and the holograms are better, but I will say if you are closer to the stage with the screen it's not as jarring. Besides the crowd really does make a different I would've enjoyed the show regardless of where I was sitting cause of how hyped everyone was.
I was there!!🥳🎉 there was a cosplayer sitting behind us, scream singing her heart out!!🤣 my ears literally rang a couple times from her, it was hilarious!🤣 also, this view looks great, we sat in the back, so we couldn’t see very well, but it was still awesome!!💕
Ah yeah, I purposely tried to pick seats that would give me a view. I've been to the Wang Theater a few times so I know where views are decent. And that's so funny, I also was screaming and hope I didn't make anyone's ears ring LOL. I'm glad you were still able to enjoy the performance regardless of seating!

Hopefully next expo they go back to the holograms. If you go try to get seats that are on the floor near the front. I think balcony seats would've ruined part of the experience for me tbh.
