I like a lot of these tips but where I work they don’t have most of these tools like pump sprayers. We also use cleaner disinfectants which I’m pretty sure I’ve heard you say you don’t like.

Mike mentioned using a cart. Do you think it’s more efficient to have your mop bucket(or whatever you mop with) on your cart and wheeling a trash barrel along with you,or just having a trash can on your cart and pulling your mop?

How do you address a concrete floor that has a sealant or finish on it? This is a new floor that we will be servicing and previous company has used a sealant for shine. We are trying to polish it instead.

Do you switch directions between coats or does it matter? The part at the end of the row where you weren’t waxing (where you were standing) do you just wax that at the end waxing out of the room?

This was cool to see. It would also be helpful to see maybe a start to finish mainly because I’d like to see where you are supposed to start,finish,if you’re supposed to switch directions between coats or not. When you get to where your back is against a wall do you just let that be a path that you use to wax your way out of the door or do you turn and fill in that spot up close to the wall?

What do you suggest on getting tire marks off polished concrete it was a rc drag strip I own a pressure washing business

I bought that machine thru parish janitorial supplies. Used it one time to strip a floor. Paid $1300. I absolutely hated the machine. Today it sits in my garage. I have no intention of using it again. Any offer I would sell it.

Without education the employee is like a power tool with no battery. Very limited on accomplishments. Reminds me of the time in my life when someone taught me about "ph and physical removal". That was very helpful ...... once I quit asking myself "Who moved my cheese"...lol.

thanks, now i can clean my restroom amazingly!

They make good machines but they are horrible getting out parts when equipment breaks down. You can wait months for a part.
