That's a question buyers must be asking. What they ask is what is roi, knowing shit about how roi even works... and lose a nice opportunity over a shitty pitch.
Hence why it's important to insure higher retention budgets to ensure said investments gains are realized in the future as personnel become more skilled with time. Many companies these days don't realize how important it is to not only grow a team but also preserve human capital within it. If most new hires resign after a year, it means you aren't doing enough to preserve your human capital, which alone can lead to delays within your business, ultimately resulting in loss of revenue. Truly, you can't hire people to plug a hole like you said, great video! Wish there were more people like you in the business world

What about people who rent in a strip mall and redo 30+ suites in a decent area. Just a landlord without experience in the industry. Is that a good plan? Just gut and old anchor store and invested about 200-300k and then 300k from landlord credit Feel like buying a building is better

Strongly disagree, why wouldn't you register your potential client? it doesn't take away from your efforts and intentions, you're still educating, taking your time, sharing your intellectual property, it takes time to gather facts and learn franchises, after all we all have to make a living, why would you say something like that?

I have training on this in my Franchisor mastermind, but not a lot that is free public content. Part of the reason is the audience for this type of training is small. I will try to talk about it a bit more since it is a niche topic, but very important.
At the 34 min mark you mentioned validating the #s with a mom n pop shop that's similar/ competitor.... how would someone go about that? What are your suggestions for due dillegence/market analysis/#s resources ? Thanks in advance
