I have canon 200d mark-ii camera, currently using simpex 612 TTL flash, when i use shutter speed below 1/ 200 it doesn't work, when i increase more than 1/250 it starts working, not able to use, manual, ttl, i ttl and multi mode, works only on e-ttl mode

Diffuser + honeycomb is nonsense .. or you want to diffuse the light using the diffuser, or you want the light to go straight using the honeycomb
