As a Dad, with a brother who also likes legos; the three separate books and builds help when building with someone. I got my brother Rivendale and we were able to build separate sections simultaneously without having to share instructions of bags or pieces.

I only have the Doctor Strange set for the Marvel Modulars and I'm skipping this set. Way too narrow. I like to tell stories with the interior and you can't do that with such a small footprint.

I'm glad they're finally adding more X-Men to the Lego Marvel universe, but I think I'll be making it a standalone display rather than adding it to the city with the rest of the Marvel Modulars. Great review!

I love how honest your reviews are So many LEGO LAN’s pander to LEGO and won’t speak their mind , so well done and don’t change the style. The videos keep getting better and you’ll smooth out some of the rough edges. Only suggestion is maybe some soft background music or sound to fill in the dead spots, but otherwise great job…… Nailed it 👍🏻

Love the thoughts here! A typical overpriced marvel set in my eyes. Just seems it's missing a floor for a modular and that price tag. Hope to find this in sale for $200-$240 later down the road😀
