You forgot that the groove is a sealing surface in the mold. Therefore, these two flanks should be demoulded with 5°. Standard draft angle for plastic should be at least 1°
Is it possible to download the cad file? I want to make a university study about this mechanism

As per my view...you must add one gear to rear wheels, as all wheels must be move in same direction during turning.... In this case the real 2 wheels are turning opposite to that of frount wheels during turning, due to which the car can't able to turn.

what makes the rear wheels move in the opposite direction to front wheels
The steering rack is on the other side at the back, but it moves in the same direction as the front rack.
There's a bevel gear in the front which inverts the rotation to the rear
