It would also be interesting to hear from locals where they prefer to shop, eat out and how their kids feel about their schools. It might make it harder to choose between the two areas but it will give an opportunity to compare the results of feed back in each category.

I live in Midlothian, and we are growing fast. It is a nice little town, and most of the residents don't mind a 15-minute drive to mansfield or waxahachie for retail. Hope this helps

@@SanMiguel860 I didn't want to just have an argument with one of my viewers. While there's industrial outside of the community, I still like the area a lot bc it's not far from shopping and dining. Now how much Mansfield will develop that intersection over the next 3-5 years is the question. @@TheDallasRealEstateChannel How about good workmanship?? How about curb appeal?? How about not cutting corners?? Everything you listed in your response was an amenity. I'm talking about the actual house! Speaking as someone who has purchased 3 homes this house I would not give a second look. The absence of character and quality workmanship makes it feel like a generic warehouse rather than a place worth considering for a home.

@@user-tp6rx5bb5u I see. You said developer. Developers create communities. So I think you meant ‘builder’. As far as MI Homes goes. They’re one of the new kids on the block and this is very close to their entry level. There’s nothing in the video to indict them for cutting corners though. Maybe you don’t like the curb appeal though. I get that. Everyone has different preferences, but this traditional-modern style of brick exteriors is popular in North Texas. Where are you from if you don’t mind me asking?

I did it myself. Built ours for $185k in W. Frisco TX back in 2011. They usually build in up and coming locations. So I did extremely well when I sold 7 years later. Walked away with $100k to put down on my next house.
