I removed my WC and cleaned the processor and the board . I changed the thermal paste and now everything is ok. Maybe you can try this.

Why you post such a trash video? For rest of the people: Now you have to remove the button battery of the bios, try to start without battery and make a shortcircuit with bios button (you can see it at the manual board) .
