The Esotar in these is the best tweeter I've ever heard. Almost as clear as the AMT in my Legacy Aeris but smooth and with a very wide dispersion. And the punch of these woofers? I listened to a pair of Heritage Specials at a dealer and they blew every tower away that I had heard that morning and the bass extension was ridiculous. I got up to check if they were playing with a woofer. Best bookshelf I've ever heard.

Hi, how is this compared to the more hifi consumer stuff you post? Did you have to eq the L-acoustics all the time ? Have you heard the soka compared to x8 ? Too bad not more ppl is reviewing L-acoustics stuff, would love to have it, but really curious about eqing all the time. So thank you for this sound review.

How does the Kharma Elegance D9s/db11s compare to the TAD GE1 for Sonic Quality? I have an audio research REF6 SE pre-amplifier and Chord Ultima 5 power amp.

Fortunately, I was able to hear the LTD's at my hi-fi dealer. RUclips doesn't even give you an idea of what this speaker is capable of! I think Audio Note is already one of the best there is, but these speakers really blew me away! They create the aforementioned sound quality that I have never experienced before.
