For some reason, when using a move like Draco Meteor or Superpower on a Substitute while the user is holding a White Herb, White Herb's effect message will happen before the move actually starts, despite the effect applying properly.

Everything about Nua's fight, especially this song, is pure exhilaration. Which in my opinion, is absolutely perfect for a shmup final boss. Needless to say, I'm in love with this theme.
